Yeeun said she practiced a lot for this stage, she practiced until she got sore throat because she wanted it to be 100% live. A lot of people didn't trusted her and look, SHE WON. I'm so proud of my girl and it makes me so happy to see how much she's growing as an artist and how she's letting her fears behind to show how talented she is. It was a great choice because half of the audience are idols themselves so they're used to that sort of music and enjoy it, plus although SMTM/KHH rappers love hiphop and rap ofc.. (so you'd assume they'd all auto vote for the rap performance) they're also weak af for pretty female idols so she got their weak spot too lmao
@@AlM22 in my opinion, people`s preference plays a role but, at the end of the day, it`s all about the energy. For example, rappers with great stage presence could make an amazing performance without all that bells and whistles, they are great at hyping up the crowd, no matter what kind of audience is watching. Yeeun`s performance was super fun and catchy, she made the crowd dance along with her (and the striping part was so extra i loved it) I think she did it to match up to what would you expect Mommy Son would do (a frickin meme), but he opted for more mellow performance instead.

I'm so proud of her. Not only this woman is so talented but this shows what an intellectual she is. She remained true to her roots and choose to go solo this time to prove a point she thought was important. She wanted to show why idol training is great and people shouldn't underestimate idols and their calibre and versatility with how they can do justice to so many different concepts which is quite difficult for an artists who say for example only does rap music or rock music and they have hard time doing pop or say ballads. It's crazy to see her in bad witch performance and this Barbie performance in just one episode. Idols are seriously like copy ninja like Kakashi they can easily learn and master different genres and concepts because of their training.
@Genie S. yeah same, I think he did because of the "competition vibe" haha (plus that it's kinda a thing for the rap world). Especially because he has worked with idols before and never had an issue about it (even tho he tend to work with other kind of musicians, he had many years being in an agency full of idols and he never had any problem with it). Maybe it also has to do with the fact that he's a judge in SMTM so he kinda has to play his role? Idk and I don't care much tbh. I'm not his fan but I've seen him here and there in the past few years (especially since I said he has worked with idols before) and I've never saw him being disrespectful before (but I do agree I wasn't that happy with his words haha, but I understand the context of it). In the other hand, Yeeun has been my bias since CLC pre-debut era so maybe that's why I act over-protective. Guys and this is just ONE of CLC members. Yeeun is a mutitalented dual queen. We have Seungyeon who is one of the best dancers in kpop. Yujin, that is a well rounded idol too and main dancer material. We have Seunghee which is an outstanding vocalist along with Elkie and Sorn that is very charismatic, and sings like an angel. And also Eunbin, actress/rapper/singer. If you are not a CLC stan, I would recommend you to check some of their music, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Everyone seem to be shocked of the duality of Yeeun but don’t forget that she’s from CLC aka the most versatile girl group of this generation, STAN CLC Y’ALL
Clc is from the 3rd gen and there are a lot of groups more versatile than them for sure. I'm a fan but that's not true. More like 'one of the most versatile' but not the most.

I think CLC has more all-round versatility (as in every member) than the other 3rd gen girlgroups but other girlgroups have the same versatility, just not with all the members.

If they focus more on visuals and typical idol image, their groups would probably be more successful. However, I will ALWAYS appreciate talent over looks, but YeEun has it all!

Gidle and Clc are all beautiful as well. Btob too but I mean theur visuals are down to earth but not average. But yeah people tend to sometimes overlook talents for visuals. Idols are tired as well when people only see their shell like eunwoo from astro. He is in films to show outside beauty is not everything but people still undermine his other qualities and bring up only his face.
jinho finesse I agree. I think all of Cube’s artists are handsome and beautiful. However, (from my understanding), their visual appeal isn’t quite up to Korean idol standards, except for a few of them. Personally, I like their looks better than many of the “visually appealing” members of other popular groups. And (I feel that) many other groups succeed quicker/easier than Cube groups because they have “visual” members that Koreans are looking for. Also, Cube groups tend to stray away from the “typical kpop sound” that is expected so many do not listen to their music until they find that “one song” that gains the public’s attention and love.

개인적으로 진짜 잘했다고 생각함. 본인이 가지고 있는 외모의 이점을 잘 알고 있고 곡선택이나 안무나 너무 조화로웠음 아무나 할 수 없는 무대임. 라이브도 좋고.

It was a great choice because half of the audience are idols themselves so they're used to that sort of music and enjoy it, plus although SMTM/KHH rappers love hiphop and rap ofc.. (so you'd assume they'd all auto vote for the rap performance) they're also weak af for pretty female idols so she got their weak spot too lmao
@@AlM22 in my opinion, people`s preference plays a role but, at the end of the day, it`s all about the energy. For example, rappers with great stage presence could make an amazing performance without all that bells and whistles, they are great at hyping up the crowd, no matter what kind of audience is watching. Yeeun`s performance was super fun and catchy, she made the crowd dance along with her (and the striping part was so extra i loved it) I think she did it to match up to what would you expect Mommy Son would do (a frickin meme), but he opted for more mellow performance instead.
This much talent in just one CLC member. PLS STOP SLEEPING ON CLC THEY DESERVE THE WHOLE WORLD

I didn’t like how her cast mates didn’t believe in her at first. I’m happy she won
I'm so proud of her. Not only this woman is so talented but this shows what an intellectual she is. She remained true to her roots and choose to go solo this time to prove a point she thought was important. She wanted to show why idol training is great and people shouldn't underestimate idols and their calibre and versatility with how they can do justice to so many different concepts which is quite difficult for an artists who say for example only does rap music or rock music and they have hard time doing pop or say ballads.
It's crazy to see her in bad witch performance and this Barbie performance in just one episode.
Idols are seriously like copy ninja like Kakashi they can easily learn and master different genres and concepts because of their training.
@Genie S. yeah same, I think he did because of the "competition vibe" haha (plus that it's kinda a thing for the rap world). Especially because he has worked with idols before and never had an issue about it (even tho he tend to work with other kind of musicians, he had many years being in an agency full of idols and he never had any problem with it).
Maybe it also has to do with the fact that he's a judge in SMTM so he kinda has to play his role? Idk and I don't care much tbh.
I'm not his fan but I've seen him here and there in the past few years (especially since I said he has worked with idols before) and I've never saw him being disrespectful before (but I do agree I wasn't that happy with his words haha, but I understand the context of it).

Guys and this is just ONE of CLC members. Yeeun is a mutitalented dual queen. We have Seungyeon who is one of the best dancers in kpop. Yujin, that is a well rounded idol too and main dancer material. We have Seunghee which is an outstanding vocalist along with Elkie and Sorn that is very charismatic, and sings like an angel. And also Eunbin, actress/rapper/singer. If you are not a CLC stan, I would recommend you to check some of their music, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Clc is from the 3rd gen and there are a lot of groups more versatile than them for sure. I'm a fan but that's not true. More like 'one of the most versatile' but not the most.

I think CLC has more all-round versatility (as in every member) than the other 3rd gen girlgroups but other girlgroups have the same versatility, just not with all the members.

the upside of CUBE is they value talent over visuals. The downside of CUBE is they value talent over visuals. If they focus more on visuals and typical idol image, their groups would probably be more successful. However, I will ALWAYS appreciate talent over looks, but YeEun has it all!

@@cindih78 but I mean. Cube's visual are insanely good as well. I mean every pentagon are so handsome in a very authentic(i dont know a better word that wouldn't sound rude). Gidle and Clc are all beautiful as well. Btob too but I mean theur visuals are down to earth but not average. But yeah people tend to sometimes overlook talents for visuals. Idols are tired as well when people only see their shell like eunwoo from astro. He is in films to show outside beauty is not everything but people still undermine his other qualities and bring up only his face.
jinho finesse I agree. I think all of Cube’s artists are handsome and beautiful. However, (from my understanding), their visual appeal isn’t quite up to Korean idol standards, except for a few of them. Personally, I like their looks better than many of the “visually appealing” members of other popular groups. And (I feel that) many other groups succeed quicker/easier than Cube groups because they have “visual” members that Koreans are looking for. Also, Cube groups tend to stray away from the “typical kpop sound” that is expected so many do not listen to their music until they find that “one song” that gains the public’s attention and love.
