I appreciate these videos someday I get stuck and these videos pop up on my phone I watch them like this one then I feel inspired again by the end of the day iv already come up with multiple new designs keep them coming I truly Love them and how you describe them it's not a 2 hour video just to show me 3 little thing that's why I love it so my j7
On the FB group a lot of people noticed for that left chest design that when it was scaled to small or medium shirts the design would print way over to the centre.
Hey! Thanks for pointing this out. Yes, scaling my affect placement. To ensure more accurate placement for each size, you can check the print area dimensions for each size variant following these steps. help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483635618961-Will-my-design-be-scaled-up-or-down-based-on-the-garment-size#:~:text=How%20can%20I%20find%20out%20the%20print%20area%20size%20of%20a%20certain%20product%20variant%3F
How about that low resolution, though? I know on the site it states that Printify will upscale the image but that there could still be some low resolution on some products. So how do we guarantee that we're not having low res items shipped out to the customers? Thanks.
Hey! Good question- we do our best to upscale images, but unfortunately not all can be "fixed". It's best to start out with a high-resolution design if possible, but if not, we recommend getting your hands on a sample to see that it'll come out as expected.
Hi! The vertical dotted lines show the center for left, right, and middle parts of the mug. You can't see it in this video, but at 3:00 you'll notice 3 outlines of a mug shape at the bottom of the template with a green dot showing the placement of your design better. The dotted box around the entire template is the safe print area meaning that any important design elements should be kept within the box so it doesn't potentially get cut off during printing.
@@Printify Thanks. I knew about bleed lines but have always been unsure about mugs and where to put my designs, what those vertical dotted lines were meant to be guiding. Will check out the outlines and green dots!
I really like this girl. The way she speaks and her eyes enchant me. Maybe I'll print her picture on my shirt 😂. I have some ideas that will contribute to increasing the popularity of your site and thus increasing sales. Is there a way to contact you or the programmers? I'm not trying to market myself or anything like that. Rather, I faced a problem, and I faced many people who could not find a solution to it. If you are interested, leave a way to contact developers
Hey! We really like this girl too. Although we haven't put her face on a t-shirt yet. 🧐 But thanks for looking to share your feedback. You can reach out to our support team for this type of feedback as well and share your contact info. :) Our developers can then reach out and potentially set up a feedback session.

@@Printify I wish I could send a screenshot of what I’m talking about. I’ll give an example and hopefully it makes sense. When I create a tote bag, and the design doesn’t cover the front and back of the bag. Do I would have to “create a pattern” so it can be on the both sides, when I do that. There’s a line from each picture of the design. Where can I send you a picture of what I’m talking about?

Does the 3D preview tool work on t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts?
Hey! It should work the same, but we always recommend ordering a sample to see if it meets your expectations. ;)

When I create a product and click on “create pattern”, I don’t like the harsh lines you see on the product. How do I fix it??
Hi! Can you please clarify what you mean by "harsh lines"?
