When Jericho retires, WWE absolutely need to put him in Creative, or helping bring up new guys in NXT. His understanding of the business and "what works", is effortless. If I were a mid-card guy in WWE right now, I'd be relentlessly picking his brain about what I should do to elevate myself.
The guy got a clipboard over with the fans. He got the word "It" over with fans. He got the ridiculous insult "stupid idiot" over with fans. Guys like Cesaro could learn boatloads from him.
What I find funny and ironic is that at 5:53 the wwe does that exact thing today

To be fair to Kofi, he did exactly what Jericho said guys like him should do. He joined The New Day, got Vince to give their stable a chance to express their real personalities, and it worked in the best way possible.
Eddie Bingham Not really, Really? lol the new day is a joke not only that Kofi lost everything he was on the top. Now he's a mid card player. The only reason why he still relevant is because he got two other guys backing him up.
He just had the longest reigning tag title stay ever and was part of the most over group at Mania, when before he was doing a fake Jamaican accent. He's done everything he can do to get himself over. Just needs a push.
"Tag team"..Two people only. They got a third person helping them. Like Cm punk, He was the longest Wwe champion because he had help from Paul hayman. Outside interference, distractions and all that other bull shit made them. And at least whem he was the fake Jamaican he was competing for the number one spot wwe. He saved himself by joining a team but watch eventually he's going to and up like Shelton Benjamin gone!

It is sad that WWE Creative just has Chris Jericho letting new stars going over. It's not a bad thing, don't get me wrong but he deserves better for the time he has spent at the company.
Its his choice. Jericho said the thing he enjoys about coming back is working with the young fresh talent. The young talent then gets to win against a legend like Jericho. win win for everyone.
Hopefully Jericho still looks good after putting over the Wyatts and doesnt end up like RVD is now
