⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 豬扒燜油麪 材料: 豬冧肉一斤 油麪一斤 薑一小舊 蔥一條 辣椒仔一隻 蒜蓉 處理: 1. 豬冧肉,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 2. 油麪,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 3. 豬肉,切成豬扒,放碟上。 4. 薑,去皮,蘑成蓉,揸出薑汁在豬扒內,撈勻。 5. 豬扒,加入調味料: a. 生抽一湯匙 b. 老抽1/4湯匙 加入生粉一茶匙,撈勻,醃10分鐘或以上。 6. 辣椒仔,切粒。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油一湯匙。 2. 豬扒,放鑊內,轉中慢火,煎香。 3. 豬扒,一面已煎至金黃色,反轉繼續煎。 4. 豬扒,加入: a. 蒜蓉半茶匙 b. 辣椒粒(一半份量) 轉大火,加入糖一茶匙,炒勻,放上碟。 5. 轉慢火,加入: a. 蒜蓉一茶匙 b. 豆瓣醬一茶匙 c. 糖一茶匙 d. 蠔油一湯匙 e. 老抽1/3湯匙 加入清水200毫升,大火滾起。 6. 加入油麪,撈勻,燜至收汁。 7. 加入蔥粒(一半)。 8. 完成,上碟。 9. 豬扒,放上面。 10. 灑上蔥粒。 11. 可享用。 Braised yellow noodles with pork chop Ingredients: Pork butt meat 1 catty Yellow noodles 1 catty Ginger (small) 1 No. Green onion 1 No. Chili 1 No. Garlic sauce Preparation: 1. The pork chop, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying. 4. Pork chop, add in: a. Garlic sauce 0.5 tsp b. Chili cubes (half) Turn to high flame. Add in 1 tsp of sugar. Fry well. Put on a plate. 5. Turn to low flame, add in: a. Garlic sauce 1 tsp b. Chili bean sauce 1 tsp c. Sugar 1 tsp d. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp e. Dark soya sauce 1/3 tbsp Add in 200ml of water, heat up at high flame. 6. Add in the noodles, mix well. Braise until the sauce becomes thick. 7. Add in green onion cubes (half). 8. Complete. Put on plate. 9. The pork chop, put on top. 10. Put green onion cubes on top. 11. Serve.
