    අක්කියෝ ඔයා මේ කරන වැඩෙන් අපි වගේ අයට ලොකූ උදව්වක් වෙන්නෙ.. මාත් අද ඉදන් පටන් ගත්ත.. ව්‍යායාමත් එක්කම ඩයට් ප්ලෑන් එක.. ටිකක් අමාරුයි ඒත් ප්‍රතිපල ඕනිම හින්දා ඉවසන් ඉන්නවා.. ඔයාට ගොඩාක් ස්තූතියි..

    මගෙත් 90 ක් තිබුනා ,දැන් 70කට අඩු උනා..තැන්ක් අක්කී,ඔයාගේ එක්ස්සයිස් ටිකත් එක්ක මන් දිනනවා....
