This song hits in the feels... had a friend I grew up with throughout jr high & high-school. He had a rare heart disease but he didn't let it slow him down. We were mischievous together but never physically hurt anyone. My mom found out something we did together in a retail store & forbid me to hang with him outside of school. We graduated, he got married & had a kid all in 2 years after graduation. The last time I saw him was in the hospital & his condition that should've ended his life far sooner then it did took a serious turn for the worse. As I left I told him to get better so we could hang once released from hospital. He replied it's a temporary set back I'll get out of here soon. He passed 2 days later. Miss him to this day & carry a touch of bitterness towards my mom but one of life's many hard leasons. Beautiful song Rumjacks RIP to the fallen friends

When you guys announced new album shortly after singer's change, I thought it's gonna be something to please us with. But fuck, you guys showed us you are dead serious about this, the communication is wonderful, you delivered us four great songs, Mike is fucking awesome and fits perfectly. And now I can safely say I haven't been hyped so much for anything in a long time as I am for Hestia. Once the CD arrives, I am gonna play it again and again till my CD player begs for mercy. Thanks you guys for these gems that help us to get through these hard times

We saw the song live at road runner this past weekend. My wife hadn’t heard it before and it brought her to tears. Her sister’s husband died very suddenly at a young age and it just spoke to her.
I had to take my mother to see her doctor yesterday, and we got to talking about my unvaccinated sister who had got covid... and one of my best mates came up in the conversation because last year, he passed away from complications from covid. Now, I'm listening to this and i'm thinking that I will have to catch up with him in a future life and I've got tears flowing . He was a lovely person who was full of life and loved everyone. RIP Lawrence!

Mike actually recorded an acoustic verse and chorus of my favourite song and sent it to me via Instagram because the show I was supposed to be seeing this weekend was postponed.
