I've been using Logic for years and I've only ever been able to find white noise via audio samples which limits your control over the part. This was very helpful, cheers mate!
@@Unders this may be a bit too specific but maybe how to get a nice, smooth, techy bass sound that glides. Kinda like a fretless bass but for Electronica and with more punch.
@@Unders yes.. cause sometimes theres nothing worse than taking a longtime, when the mind running with ideas, and its a dash to lay it all out quickly.
thank you, great explanation. I'm trying to figure out how to make a sweeping bubbly flying saucer sound crossing a sonic sky. Would you be willing to make a video? thanks again for the information
Yes, it is easier in Ableton to come up with ideas because of their arp design, capabilities and workflow are more readily available. In Logic, you have to know you techniques but once you master that, Logic is unstoppable IMO

@@Unders Thanks for the tip. The Riser looks very cool, but I hate the idea of having to set up an iLok account just to use it. Maybe your way is the best idea.

Literally get any obscure sound an audio scrub over it manually. Filter, reverb. Should get you 80% of the way with that.
Great help bro, thanks a million 👍🏽

круто !!!
Logic is great, but SO ill suited for working quickly compared to ableton 10 - I prefer logic's audio quality tho.
Once you know your shortcuts it’s fine. But sketching ideas has never been its forte

I actually have ableton an never really got to grips with the workflow 🤷♂️

It works, but that's a lot of time and effort just to get a white noise sweep. There should be a much easier way.
Buy the riser plugin. Although nothing let’s you be quite as precise

Honestly I can set up and make a sweep that suits the section in about 90 seconds. Just a case of knowing where things are. 👍
x_x my lazy a** just goes utility - test oscillator - then click noise lol
@@ariiozlin Good idea. Easy peazy. Also you can put your mouth close to a mic and say "shhhhh".
