This live performance was the 1st time I listened to Little Mix and I was converted, instant fan, on the power of this one song. It is different from their album version and I have seen it performed on their concert tours before One Love Manchester. The song is longer and emphasizes crowd participation, which is great for arena concerts. The 50,000 people in the stadium that day were not there for a Little Mix concert, but many of them knew the lyrics by heart and could sing along so that was amazing to watch. Seeing the thousands of hands waving reminded me of the iconic Queens performance in Band Aid 1985 in Wembley stadium.
God the one love concert gives me absolute chills. I was in that crowd and the emotions were so high all day. I spent most of the day sobbing, but it was so therapeutic. The power of music is something we forget sometimes but even listening to this brings every single thing back
