thanks for the links mate, i have watched all your videos and im plannning to build my own now haha. the links in this vid will save me hell of alot of time.
Yes, i have already looked and found some there, but i was concerned that they were too small for my project, i did not think that they would be able to support or lift the dozer. I was planning to build a 1:10 d11 dozer, i was thinking it would weigh about 200lbs. If you know anywhere else that would be great, thanks so much
Ok, I see your issues and its something I had a issue with also. I had ordered 3 diff. types and sizes for the dozer and the ones on my dozer now are strong, but they have taken a beating and will need to be replaced once I get back home. My dozer weights in at 94lbs. Its hard to find the right size and style! If you search for medical equipment actuators or for mini electric linear actuators you might find what you’re looking for. Most of the models you see on YT,the builders make their own!
what you think about using three power steering pumps for the drive? one for pump and two for motors. it would help keep the cost down. i would think it would have some good power they can turn a car.
I will have to look into it a bit more....I do want to make the next build hydraulic...just to have more power.....and when i was doing the research the valves are the biggest issue to workout. Electric hydraulic valves are all open or closed...or forward/ backwards...no just a little like a hand control manual valves would give...so i was thinking of using the manual valves and attach the handles to RC controlled electric liner actuators. Still just a though.
Its been a little while, but over all its 24 inches long, 16 inches wide and about 20 inches tall. The tracks are 2 inches wide...body 12 inches wide....this is what i remember...i think in one of my build videos i have some of the measurements. Any progress on your build?
In process of building my own RC and I have a 24 volt motor I need to know what kind of electronics I need receiver-transmitter speed controller that kind of thing what do you recommend or do you know of a place I might be able to find these items
Specs for the AME 226-series 12V 325 in-lb LH gearmotor - long shaft Nominal Voltage 12vdc RPMs 96 rpm (no load) Amps at No load 3.4 Amps at Stall 68 Torque (Max) 325 in-lbs or 36.7 Nm Shaft 11mm dia x 64mm long with flat Weight 2.7lbs I could have used just a tad bit bigger motors...but they did fine for the "94lbs of steel" and materials (dirt) it was pushing. Next build will be much more powerful!
Check out dimension engineering and take a look at the fact sheet for 2x12 and 2x25 and even the 32. It all depends on how many amps your battery has and the amount that your motor can handle. Also check out amazon as they have quite the selection for a cheaper price. However I have had a cheap one fail on me and o have had no problems with the Sabertooth.
I have thought about using them in a build...and I had the same thoughts. I have never tinkered around with them so I wouldnt have a clue how to control or hook them up. Anyone have any ideals if this would be possible?
The pumps have in and out so you would need a valve. Then servos t turn that valve, for the valve you could use some a small ball valves and fittings. Im will need to think some more on it it would a good drive could put sprocket right on it
No I dont...i used a toy one from Walmart and used a scale websites search SCALE CONVERSION CALCULATOR and that will get you the ruff ideal...mine is not perfect to scale...but it would be 1:9
ابو عمر الشدوي Thanks! I don’t have any design programs or would know how to build one without doing research myself. there are lots of plans on the web just search for wheeled loader plans or for blueprints. Then use a online scale tool to get the sizes. Lot more good stuff out there to use off the self. Bit price though. Hope this helps!
Thank you for your service sir. And the vids especially the websites. Be safe.
i realize Im quite randomly asking but does anybody know a good website to stream newly released tv shows online?
@Kyrie Castiel i watch on FlixZone. You can find it by googling =)
thanks for the links mate, i have watched all your videos and im plannning to build my own now haha. the links in this vid will save me hell of alot of time.
No, still trying to get parts ordered, and working overtime to get some extra cash. Thanks so much for the help.
don't know if you seen this form, but great group of guys that do amazing rctruckandconstruction

good to see you making videos

Do you have any idea of where i could by a pump, it one thing to build cylinders, and another thing to build the pump
I was also wondering if you had any dimensions of a real d9
Have you built the hydraulic one yet

could u please post a list of the web sites

Just one last question, how many in-lbs do your motors produce
Specs for the AME 226-series 12V 325 in-lb LH gearmotor - long shaft
Nominal Voltage 12vdc
RPMs 96 rpm (no load)
Amps at No load 3.4
Amps at Stall 68
Torque (Max) 325 in-lbs or 36.7 Nm
Shaft 11mm dia x 64mm long with flat
Weight 2.7lbs
I could have used just a tad bit bigger motors...but they did fine for the "94lbs of steel" and materials (dirt) it was pushing. Next build will be much more powerful!
How much for you to build me one?
Which sabertooth circuit should I use for 12v DC motor and which one for 24v dc motors?

Scratch Built RC Dozer and Ship thanks a lot ❤️
Do u know where to buy hydraulics

What are the dimensions of your dozer
HI MY FRIEND,I JUST BUILD A DOZER AND I NEED HELP WITH THE CHANNEL.CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT CHANNELS TO USE FOR MAKE MY DOZER RUN AND WORK.
