Thank you so much for this footage. First look at my property. Main house still there but lost our little shack we were living in. I am feeling very grateful right now. And humbled.
Thank you so much for posting these videos. All of us who so love Coral Bay and St. John are just heart broken and wanted to see what Irma did. Sadly our favorite place to stay in is heavily damaged and our daughters rental is gone.
First view of our house in Fish Bay. Can not see a lot of detail because of the distance. This makes us a little more optimistic and we truly thank you for this glimpse of our house and Fish Bay. Thank you!
Thank you for posting this! I just saw two rentals owned by Greg on Emmaus that look to be still standing (1:07 on your right). We were just there last September and had hoped to return. Such devastation! I hope that help is forthcoming. xoxo from Florida
Thanks for the great footage. Very sad. I love St. John , spent every January at Maho bay camps for 20 years until they closed it. No coverage of St. John damage in US.
Thank you, Jon! I can see my friends homes in St John survived although the house I lived in during hurricane Hugo did not. It appears that the well built homes, built with hurricanes in mind, survived more than I would have thought. There is a ton of damage but I'm not sure it's as bad as I had feared. Still waiting for word from friends. Again, thank you!
Poor Love City. Stayed there 20 years ago, and Peter's Bay 10 months ago. Thanks for the footage. Curious how the properties at the water line of Peter's bay faired. Doubt they survived in tact.
I was there during the rebuilding. Proud to say that the church had services every Sunday, using pallets to keep the congregation above the water. God is good
Thank you, Jon. It looks like my relatives’ place was spared. I am so relieved to see it.

Thanks- I was fortunate enough to be able to go up in the air as soon as the winds died down. I'm glad the videos have helped.

Actually they seemed to be in fairly good shape in that area.
Thank you for posting these videos Jon. Have you flown over East End St John yet? I'm interested in the Haulover Bay Area in particular. Thanks!
Mark F No- unfortunately did not make it that far. Will try if I am able to arrange another charter in the next few days.
Thanks Jon. I really appreciate what you have done so far!
3:20 Looks like the Moravian church next to the graveyard has been wiped out.
