A real pleasure to watch this video. 😎👏🏻👏🏻
Well done Mattias for your arrangement and your creativity around this loop, I loved the atmosphere as well as the solo, you can feel the Clapton influences which of course I like being a guitarist myself. 🎸

Thanks 🙏 Jo! Very glad to hear you enjoyed this arranging episode. I’m preparing a course on the subject for my marketplace. Yeah, Pat Metheny is a big influence, love Claptons music too. 🎸☕️👌🍀

I noticed you are using different time effects on several elements. Are the main parts using sends for time effects? Are you using the different time effects only for special cases, such asear candy and transition effects?

Hi, good eye. I am often using shorter room reverbs to place a sound in a space. Its just depth placement. The short rooms are like 0.3 to 1.2s long topps.
Then I may use longer reverb to wash some sounds (not all) because it eats space in a mix. But sparingly to give a lush sound.
I will make a video talking about this exact topic - time effects.
I often go for Delays before any reverbs as they eat less space in the mix.
I often use the short room reverbs as inserts reverbs and sends for rhe longer washes / delays. But they might also be as inserts sometimes. It depends on the situation. 🎉
