I just got this two weeks ago and its awesome! Huion listen close, get us some felt tip nibs with this and it will be a dream! The nibs for the pen are fine but a little to smooth. A little more friction from a felt tip would add variety and stability to the drawing surface for line art. GREAT REVIEW! GREAT ART!!! Thank you!

I am seriously considering the 22 Plus edition with the laminated glass display. Did you feel the 1080p display resolution on this model was terribly pixelated? I know for a regular monitor or television 1080p is supposed to be decent for up to a 24 inch screen but, having worked on an iPad Pro, I am wondering if this resolution would be bothersome? Great review and awesome art! Thanks!
hey Dana! I don't think it's terribly pixelated, I didn't notice any major different with the other 1080x1920 displays honestly, (I'd love to see how it is drawing on a 2k screen though cause sometimes your eyes need that extra crispness, that for sure) but no, I don't think it's bothersome at all for me at least !

Hi! Im wondering what your thoughts on this tablet after 3 months of usage and what would you personally advise 22 or 22plus? I cant really see a difference between these two (a laminated screen of 22plus may remain just an extra charge, if there're no any downs of 22 reg). Cheers!
Great review! But I was a litte confused is the screen glossy? How’s the texture of it? I really want to buy one but I really don’t like glossy screens
Ana Clara hey Ana! The screen isn’t glossy at all! It has an anti glare matte finish film, so you don’t have any light reflecting on it. The texture is very smooth but in a good way, feels a bit like paper, not sure how to describe it but definitely not glossy !
With this tablet, do you think you could sit in bed and draw on it? I want a tablet that is easy to use on the desk but also if I’m really lazy and for the bed. I’m sorry if this question comes off a little weird, but I’m just curious because I want to get the best bang for the buck. (:
im a year late but imma answer for anyone who still wants to know! i used to have the GT-22 huion which looks exactly like this but it may be a bit bulkier.. I have very bad back problems so i flutuate between my bed and my desk, so it has weight to it yes but if you have something to rest on your lap like a blanket or pillow it works just fine 🧸
Do you move the canvas in photoshop with the pen or the keyboard? I understand that this tablet does not have touch function but somehow in this video it looks like you can move the canvas very easily?
I have the GT-221 Pro, and I prefer having button controls on my display tablet. The 2019 Kamvas 22 Pro seems to be the more logical step for me. I know the new tablets have 140% RGB vs the 2019's 120% RGB, but I don't understand what that additional color means.
Do you have problems about color accuracy? I have seen so many review about it especially about the blue color turning out to be more like cyan in another monitor.

Yes, colors almost never seem 100% okay out of the box, I always tweak them a bit manually
