Considering the length it is amazing how much is in this boat. A saloon with a fold up table, a decent kitchen, a proper bedroom, a full bathroom and the small rear cabin. Not sure about full time living but it would be a great weekend boat.
8 days in and I'm surprised someone's not put an offer on this one yet. No landline hookup, sure, but how much trouble would it be to add one? Or really, would it even be necessary?

Perfect for a solo boater with a real bathroom and a real bedroom. Some small boats have wet bathrooms and no sleeping area which is not suitable for living on full time.

In winter prices reduce ' I lived next to a few marinas and most asking prices are 10 grand over ' I've seen 125 grand wide beams take 75 grand '
