Johnny depp's lawyer nailed it. She asked amber indirectly that she has so many pictures of Johnny sleeping but not a picture of her hurt or medical records of her being hurt. Also she enhanced the fact that johnny wears these rings on his finger and amber claimed to have been repeatedly struck by Johnny on her face but no picture evidence to show the impact of the rings and also next, she showed pictures of amber the very next day after her every accusation of Johnny beating her up and she apparently looks absolute fine .. she also pin pointed the fact that amber didn't pay the charity money and lied several times about it and under oath.

She was fully capable, FREELY able to donate to both organizations for 13 MONTHS before getting sued by Johnny Depp. So she’s saying that after ALL of those 13 months, Johnny suing her is what kept her from being able to donate to the organizations? 1. She didn’t use the word “Pledge” when on the Dutch TV show. She said donated
2. She didn’t use the word pledge in her divorce settlement documents, it was “donate”
3. She didn’t use the word pledge when under oath in the UK in her witness statements. She used “donated”. The UK judge also didn’t use the word pledge in his ruling, he used the word donated.
4. The CHLA didn’t use the word pledge when asking her in that email.
5. Her past lawyers didn’t use the word pledge in their media statements, Roberta Kaplan said she donated!
6. For the six years this has been circulating in the media she did not once correct any mis-information such as “to clarify, I had pledged to fulfill the full $3.M over 10 years”. Only after four different judges denied her requests to keep this out of the trial AND only after repeated questions from Camille on the stand backed into a corner did she say PLEDGE.
A pledge is a promise to pay. A donation means the payment was received. Not hard. She thinks everyone is so dumb to not know the difference.

This is what Amber is doing throughout her entire cross examination. She refuses to outright deny anything as she knows it is a lie, and she’s been caught out, so she tries very hard to avoid directly answering any of the questions. She uses “that is incorrect”constantly to avoid saying “no” as directly confronting the accusations are too uncomfortable for her. Any good statement analysts would be able to tear apart her statements in this trial.

The easiest way to know she’s lying is she doesn’t look at the person asking her the question, she looks at the people she wants to make sure believe her (the jury).
Along with that, especially rambling off & giving some long-winded answer to a simple yes or no question. Looking at all the jurors to try and get as much bs out there to get them on her side, going outside the scope of what was being asked. Yes indeed she knowing used the word donated and not didn't use the word pledged because she knows the difference. She lied on camera in front of loads of people. She intentionally didn't use pledged because it would have painted her in a bad light. Everyone knows the difference between pledge and donated. People would see her as a gold digger and freeloader. She believes charity starts at home with her spending money on lavish lifestyle and parties while giving lip service to children/people in need. It is convenient to use charitable causes to make herself look like the good person in front of the media but avoids paying money from her own pocket as much as possible.

Hats off to Camille, I think it took her a bit to find her feet with the cross but once she did she was on fire. Their evidence was brilliant and you could hear the objections were being done out of nerves, especially when Elaine went at Camille about a piece of evidence. You could see just how uncomfortable she was making Turd and her lawyers at that and then when it got too tough she was just throwing everyone under the bus. But I believe when her own lawyer questioned her she said that she made payments over time for the tax break if I recall correctly. Like this is completely insane. This is the first trial I've followed like at all and this just seems absurd to me. Like how is this even possible? There are zero recordings of JD hitting her. There are zero pictures with any sort of damage on her face. There are zero recordings or videos where JD threatens to hit her or assault her.
