    How do you like it compared to the roborock S7? I wish they would have bins like the shark that you can just dunno instead of bags... But I wish my shark could clean carpet like the Roombas

    • @RobotMasters
      @RobotMasters  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So the Roborock S7 is the best cleaner overall based on what I have tested and observed. Also offer some additional features like a vibrating mopping system that can raise up a few mm. Down the road Roborock might release a bagless option on their self emptying system like the Shark. The Roomba is great for handling dirtier homes that have a lot pets. The self emptying system is the most capable meaning it can handle the most dirt and debris.

      @@RobotMasters Thank you, I was looking at the J7+ because we have a couple dogs, and we want to avoid the dreads accidents they could have. I was worried about the S7s bag system too.

      @@JFlywheel I been liking the J7, it very similar to the i7, with the ability to avoid certain issues objects. Also I think it navigates better in the dark and slows down when about to bump into an object better.

    I just got my j7+ this is my second j7 the first one was loud so I returned it and got the second today and its not as loud as the first one but it is louder than my i3. Is yours loud? how many decibels is yours?

      It not terribly loud, can't say decimal wise.

    Quick question, I just picked up a i7 plus and notice how aggressive it was hitting the walls and other stuff compare to my m7 pro. Does the j7 plus have this same aggressiveness or is it more softer on hitting objects?

    • @RobotMasters
      @RobotMasters  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It does better with not hitting objects as hard, sometimes the front camera fails to see dark or reflective objects and will hit them hard.

    Do you think it’s much better than the i7 and worth upgrading it .
    Thanks

    • @RobotMasters
      @RobotMasters  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well I will spend a month or so evaluating the robot, but my first impressions is this is great if you have a pet that tends to leave poo around on the ground. As of now the obstacle avoidance is limited to certain objects and not all objects will be avoided. A lot of the other features can be found on the i7 that the J7 has. So if you don’t need the obstacle avoidance than I would go with the i7.

      Hello yes for pet owners the J7 is a good choice. I wouldn’t rely on the poo avoidance 100% of the time, think of it as an active collision system in your car. It designed as for those occasional mishaps. Now you can save some money by going with the i6+ if you don’t necessarily need the poo avoidance feature.

      My top picks are the iRobot J7, i6,i3, or the Roborock S4, S7 and 360 S10.

    Your videos is nice to watch. But you should get a wireless mic to put on you when recording. That would be great. Maybe an wireless go mic for example.
    Regarding to the Rumba. It did not empty very well. And it did run over the pop muffin. Battery life and avod cam is pretty weak also. Compare to the Ecovac ozmo T9+ it's way to far behind for a premium robot.

    Really figured a lot more from irobot, like arm that comes out and scoops up the poop not just go around it. Animals poop really never be a issue for me, my pets did their business were supposed to. $859 you can get cheaper vacumm robots with self emptying bins under $500, not like irobot has such a hold on the market it can keep pricing itself out of the market. Just can't give up on my 595 tank and its not going away 👍

    But these rollers were used on way much cheaper iRobot cleaning robot version, with no suction power just like the j7. Another rebranded ‘’Irobot’’ from very old gen design. Yeah it’s very good on carpets, but on hard floors it’s average. No these rollers ain’t next gen. They are coming from the Stone Age. 😂 appreciating very much your videos Master!
