    Sorry to hear that Gil...it can be so frustrating to not drop the weight after fasting and relieving yourself 😔 when I was water 💦 fasting I was losing three lbs a day for 10 days, I was looking great but my body felt super week! Then I went back to eating Keto, but couldn’t stop the pounds from returning. A 7 mile walk is impressive🙌🏾 we’re rocking with you, keep going 💖💯

    You're in great shape to have the endurance to walk and lift the weights. I'm getting there slowly. I walked a mile with the dogs this morning! I was pushing myself. I remember those old school songs you sang. Lol Gave full view.

    I just feel like I can give you another point of view.
    In the year 2000 at the age of 38 I got pregnant. During that time I was borderline diabetic but I was able to keep from taking any meds by changing my eating habits while pregnant. My ob/gyn at that time told me he thought I was diabetic and advised I go to my gp for a diagnosis. I went and was told I didn't have it as my a1c was less than 7 and he wished all his patients numbers were that good. During this time I weighed 320lbs. Didnt really gain any weight during my pregnancy and didnt lose any afterwards. I continued living life thinking I was too smart to get diabetes. Well 2years ago I went to a different dr and was advised I was diabetic with a fasting bs of 220 and my a1c was 6.6. By this time I weighed 373 lbs. I was walking 3 miles a day 4 or 5 days a week and wasn't losing any weight. I walked so much I hurt my knee and had to get shots in it. My next step was going to be surgery. In the meantime with being diagnosed with T2D I started doing research online. That's where I learned about metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance. Not through my doctors, they don't tell patients about this. I had most of the symptoms of both conditions. Long story short what I'm trying to tell you is research metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance, it'll change your whole way of thinking about losing weight. I lost 85lbs the first 7 months by going lchf without doing any exercise, I wasnt able to. IF is a good tool to use but if you don't clear the excess glucose from your blood by not eating carbs it makes it harder. I followed Dr Richard Bernstein, Dr Jason Fung and Butter Bob among others. I'll be 58yr old in a few days my baby graduated high school last year. I dont won't anybody to have to suffer needlessly. It's a hormonal imbalance and if you can get the hormones in check the weight will come off without exercising. Not that exercising isn't good for you it's just not necessary at this point.       This is some great information. So many people are wasting so much time and energy thinking exercise will solve the problem and when they don't get results they eat crap to make themselves feel better. It's a vicious cycle. Once the insulin is lowered the weight
      falls off and insulin can only be lowered by not eating. Aka Fasting.and dropping carbs and sugar significantly..... Even high protien can spike Insulin thats why research is necessary.The minute we put something in our mouth that contains protein carbs or sugar....up goes the insulin and here comes fat storage.. . Our bodies are either storing fat or burrning fat it can't do both at the same time... We are in control of if we chose to burn or store.. Exercise does very very little for weight loss although it can be an excellent tool for burning glucose if done properly........Thank you so much for sharing this. Very well said.

    Don’t stop. I know it’s not easy. I lost 140 lbs 15 years ago and managed to keep it off. It takes a lot of mind power so keep up the good work.

    You got this, l wish l could walk 3 miles, l have a hard time walking 10 minutes on the treadmill but l can walk an hour in a store lol

    I've been trying to water fast too. Seems like it's working for you so I've been trying it. I went a whole day without food yesterday but broke down this morning... maybe your scale needs a new battery.

    i was always told, never weigh after a workout. was told why but i can't remember lol. best time is upon waking, after using the bathroom. you'll get it man

    Get on the scale only in the morning after you had some rest that's when you really see the weight changes and it can be water. I'm 420 coming from 525 it can be some water weight on you when that's all you drinking all day.

    You should really only weigh, first thing you do when you get up. I wouldn't weigh after eating, drinking or exercising..maybe do better food choices..2 major dumps, I about died laughing 😂🤣😂..yea I'd say wash it, after 3 years lolol..keep doing you, keep plugging along my friend...nice singing...have a blessed day

As much i I hate to go myself, maybe you should break down and go to your doctor and see if it is a insulin resistance issue or something.. You deserve much more loss for all you are doing... you will win this... 👍👍👍

    I know why your weight went up. Try this, put one foot on the scale to turn it on, then take your foot off. This zeros out the scale, them weigh yourself. This will give you an accurate weight. If you don’t do this you get results that are not accurate and what you experienced I also did all the time till I made sure I zeroed out the scale each time. Try it and you will see your results are more accurate.

    You don't gain when you walk you gain when you eat! There's no way somebody your size is going to eat the way you eat and lose weight. ESPECIALLY when you're eating everyday. If you want to have sticky buns, chips, popcorn, Hardee's, Hawaiian Bread and all that s*** you be eating, you need to be water fasting more during the week. As bad as your eating habits are you cannot eat like that everyday (even if it is in a 4-Hour window )and expect to get results You know how you talk about muscle memory? Your body also remembers what you ate a couple of days ago.... a week ago and so on...and it will respond to that as well.. You've only been at it for 13 days and you did not stick to what you said you were gonna do. Disciple and consistency is what's lacking here.
    It is not the will of God for you to be 500 plus pounds. Don't put God in it🙈🙉🙊... He didn't have nothing to do with it. That's all you... You did that to yourself... 😊...
