Railfanning NJ Transit at Short Hills 8-14-24: Another Test Train! 7023 C5A Horn, & a few hornshows!

This was a really awesome catch today! A test train, led by Bombardier ALP-46 4613, stopped at Short Hills Station! I got to talk with the engineer and he said that 4613 got a software update to its EMI (not sure what that means, I tried to find out what it means but I couldn't) and they were making sure that the computers in the locomotive were working correctly.
