I hope you’re able to return your items. Next time have them show you store return policy. Sometimes when they are close to their goal of making an amount for the day, they won’t take returns even if they can

That’s such a wrong way of doing business! Specially as someone who buys so much from them lol i have found out that some stores have high returns ratio & thats why they limited their returns per person to $200 max. Lesson learned I guess 🤍

Returning $600-700 is insane. Especially with h&m prices. That’s a huge amount of merch that most probably would be discounted as a return. That is a waste.

Have you shopped there recently? Linen Summer dresses are about $70 a piece. I also order different sizes of each piece so that adds up! HM does not discount pieces when you return them :) waste would be keeping items & not getting a use out of them!
