The "BriiiIIIdgeeette" part never fails to make me smile ^_^
They totally missed it in the game of faces. Arya tried to sneak in lies with the truth and they caught her each time. For example, she stabbed the boy in the belly, not the back. And when she said she hated the hound, she was also LYING
I don’t know if she as lying when she said she hates Hound. I think she hadn’t actually realized yet
@@NiKiMa023 Yes, you are right. That was not a lie sprinkled in like the others. That is why she is more shocked that they hit her for that statement. But they know that subconsciously she does not hate the hound.
Don’t forget that Sansa (and everyone) still thinks Theon murdered Bran and Rickon and burned their bodies. If (you believe) someone murdered and mutilated your baby brother’s, you’re going to wish the same amount of pain on them that Theon went though and not care what happened to them.
The sad thing about the whole Sansa situation is that you can notice that she was just starting her badass, strong and confident era but then this had to happen. And as we all know, Ramsay loves breaking people...
The struggle is real with this episode. It's just a sad trip the whole way but is so crucial for how the story is developing.
I think the same can be said for most of season 5.
@@TheNeonParadoxdisagree. Season 5 improves from here.
@@havok6280 Not really. Season 5 is boring af. It's where the show really fell off.
Cody’s gonna have to keep the map open in another tab for season 7 to move around characters lmao
it's not even moving anymore, just straight up teleporting from this point on
Jetpacks and teleporters
"I'm a tired ass bitch, who are you?" took me all the way out. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Please hurry and get to season 6..BEST SEASON EVER!!
The fact that there are people who say that Sansa deserved this makes me sick...
What?!?!?!😧
Sansa deserved this. Go watch S1 again
@@rohanshende4338 SHE WAS A FUCKING CHILD!
Excuse me what?!
I understand that Sansa was annoying at some point but that doesn't justify any of that 💀 and even if this had happened to Cersei, she wouldn't have deserved that either
@@xapokalypse agreed
You know it’s Game of Thrones when you ALWAYS want to watch another one! I may be remembering this incorrectly, but I think the footage of Theon’s reaction to Sansa’s “marriage consummation” was shot during a rehearsal or while the camera was supposed to be on another actor. Alfie Allen was giving his all for practice or for background action. Either way, what a fabulous portrayal of a highly complex character. Always love your reactions, so thanks. Peace …
this is one of those episodes that almost broke me first watch.
People got REALLY angry about this episode, as viewers thought Sansa’s scene was very cruel and unnessessary. They literally waited until Sophie Turner turned 18 so they could film this scene, while in the books Sansa didn’t even marry Ramsey Bolton and this whole thing never happened to her
There were several little lies Arya was indeed saying in “the game” ..twist of words here and there, which is the point- she’s supposed to lie and convince and he catches the lies. We discover here because of that that she may not hate the Hound as she’s previously acted like. She’s supposed to adopt any part she needs to play in any given moment, which is why it’s important from their perspective that she let go of everything that is Arya, so that she may not become corrupt and gain this power for her own personal vendetta, or else it’s not “serving”, as they see it anyway.
Also I wouldn’t go as far as to say Little Finger is trying to start a war but more like Cersei was expecting him and he needs to seem like he’s gotten something done. He’s just playing both sides.
YALL NEED TO POST G.O.T. MOREEEEE I literally be so excited when y’all post😂 w content, love your reactions!
Yeah but clearly their motivation is waning. And would you blame them? Each episode they finally watch has some sort of terrible occurrence. I can only hope they marathoned it and are just releasing them slow
They have a lot going on this month (when it comes to putting out content) and especially with Halloween coming up
Tbh... Ramsay's wedding night in the books is still worse bc he marries Sansa's childhood friend who's been "trained" by Littlefinger to the point of physical scarring and, uh, he has Theon actively participate in the wedding night :x
May not ruin the show but ruined the book for anyone that's reading it. 😢😅
Red Wedding, Purple Wedding and now the White Wedding. Worst job in Westeros: wedding planner.
"Fun" Fact: the outfit Theon wore for Sansa's wedding, is Robbs outfit from the Red Wedding
Just because this person wears the same face as the Jaqen H'gar that Arya knew before doesn't mean it is the same person. We may never know whether it is or not.
You forgot to add this episode to your GOT Playlist.
This season hurt me each time I remember how much better it could've been if thry just followed the books...
You should add to the board that older girl who is giving Arya shit. I don’t know if she has a name in the show but in the books she is called “the Waif”
This was my favorite Oleana part "you can smell the sh*t 5 miles away" LOL
26:26 🤣🤣🤣 the look on Bridget's face!!!
There are so many moments that cause me to be excited and not be able to wait for you guys to finish this series!! Especially from the episodes that have some bad circumstances... when you feel like it couldn't possibly get worse or couldn't possibly get better.. what kind of schedule is this?? 😂 jk Love this channel!!
this one has been left out of the playlist! :D
it's looped in with S6 and 7
Just an FYI this video isn't in the playlist instead the uncensored version of 5x5 is then it jumps to 5x7
Cody: "How did they get them up so high?"
me: man this will blow your mind, but..... ladders
I always dread this episode in reactions but still always forget it even exists when it pops up
Nell Tiger Free (Myrcella) is really amazing in the Servant (on Apple TV+) if you guys haven’t seen that 😊
It’s a wild ride. One of my favorite shows of all time.
You should prepare another graveyard board... you'll need it
those snake girls are super cringe 😂
Arya has descended into the Underworld.
You've just witnessed the pinnacle of fight choreography, right here. The teenage mutant ninja sand snakes are all about that.
Looking back at Aria's scene, remind me that one time, when I had to say 2 truth and 1 lie in front of a group of people. They all believed my lie 😂 Thank you Astarion (BG3) and Jaqen/Aria for teaching me the way. 😆
I think it's hilarious that the one sand snake "kidnaps" myrcella during the fight by threatening to kill her. Like, you're obviously bluffing, you wouldnt be taking her hostage if you could just kill her..
12:06 not The Wellerman 😂
This episode is missing from the playlist. It should replace the accidentally uploaded [5x5] uncensored
That scene makes me so sick, nothing in game of thrones ever triggered me- that did. Ugh
Don't know if you know this, but for some reason this episode is not in the playlist. Or if it is, it's the one that is hidden. I just watched all of yours and assumed this one had been flagged but then it showed in my recommendations.
Bust reacts made a great song I can’t unhear every time I watch this now
Removing the bars from tormund and putting them onto Loras 😂
She got hit when she said she hated Sandor. That was the lie.
15:26 Well if the season 5 was filmed in 2015, and the actor is 31 now, that means he was 23 at the time
25:20 - 100/100 reaction moment. You’ve got game!
For some reason this video is not showing to me in the GOT playlist. Luckily YT is on it and recommended it to me.
25:34 Oh my God, I want to say so many things right now.
The Head Slave Trader was Adebisi from OZ. This role thankfully was much a more tame character
Also, Mr. Eko from "Lost"
@@bill.godwin-austen I never watched that show. That's cool though
This is one of the most painful and heart-breaking for me, even though in my first watch Sansa wasn't my favorite character, but still hurt🥲
"worst ending ever"....how can you see in the future??
Reminds me of a quote from Emilia Clarke, "Best season ever!"
This is another example of why the show went downhill for me as a book reader why after all Sansa has been through would the show runners think let’s put her back in the same predicament and torture because we wanted to film a scene with the actor who plays Theon and Sophie tuner (Sansa) they literally used another characters storyline in the books who was supposed to be in the earlier seasons
Yeah, such a steep decline from season 4, unfortunately.
She was. In the very first episode you see Sansa laughing with a girl that's her friend who is suppose to be in the books who the Bolton's think is Arya and they marry her off to Ramsey
Yep. Hated that they screwed up this plot line line amongst many others. Let’s just swap characters story lines and completely leave out the actual character for dumb “plot progression” for *a particular main character* down the line. 🫠
Don’t get me wrong I do love the BotB from a cinematic standpoint though.
They had to cut some characters though… of all the combined characters/plot threads this was one of the least egregious.
If it makes you feel better, Ramsay doesn't marry Sansa in the book. He marries a girl posing as Arya. Sansa is still in the Vale and she is engaged to Jon Aryn's heir (second in line after Robin).
And the Dorne stuff is much more interesting...
No. Santa is in the North Pole.
*Ramsay* I think u meant
@@maximoose6854auto correct.
YES they did the Dorne storyline so *dirty*
"spooky pirate boat"...hmm i think i know that boat !
Kevorkian’s Temple 😂😂😂😂
in the books it is way worse but it also not sansa in the books. they kind of combined 2 storylines into 1 for the show.
Technically Sansa on the marriage license is Sansa Stark Lannister Bolton.....
her marriage with Tyrion is not legit, they didnt f..have sex. Thats why the "wedding night" scene.. let you know everything went as the law require
Let the bad writing and plot holes begin
16:47 what do you mean not quite? THAT IS HER UNCLE* JAIMIE
So the court believes a word of a single pimp instead of nobles including queen?
Ikr? All the nobles had to do was get the guards to kill the priest and his followers. It was that dimple.
@@parthmudgal9270 simple? either you haven't been paying attention or it was so poorly explained in the show that I'm sorry for anyone who didn't read the books yet..
let me get this straight for you - the last time Faith got it's military, it took almost a fully scaled war to weaken them and strip them off their "soldiers"
No, the nobles couldn't by any means just kill the priest.
not even the real life pope (closest person possible to compare to the high sparrow) is that well guarded
@@Wolltazar but the court in this case had plenty of time to deal with the high septon and his people. During the time when Lancel joined the faith, it wasn't a prominent force in the verse. Could've easily nipped the problem in the bud.
"What happened to her?" Kira is the girl you see ramsay hunting in the woods earlier in the show who gets torn to piece by the dogs
Edit 1: have been corrected that this is wrong but still, you get the picture
We haven't seen any Kira. The girl hunted by Ramsay and Myranda with Theon is Tansy.
@@greenrat00 yes sorry you're right
How did Tyrion even know about what happened to Jorah's dad?
This is one episode I've only watched in full once. It's a rough one.
john, arya, dany, theon, jorah, and the hound!
The worst ending of all is still to come
There is one good thing Littlefinger has done - he's actually raising Robin Arryn properly now that Lysa is gone. Like, yeah, it's still being done out of completely selfish motives, but it's actually good for Robin to learn how to live in the real world. Better than being a breastfed 10 year-old! Everything else, though, especially giving Sansa to the Boltons, is absolutely disgusting.
Yeah I completely agree it’s such a disservice to his character. Little finger in the books would never give Sansa to the Boltons let alone Ramsay without doing the proper research on him.
*So so many book spoilers in this comment thread* 😅
The two guys producing and directing this ( David Benioff and D. B. Weiss ) decided to put this in, really disgusting. That scene with Ramsay raping Sansa wasn't in the books. And you'll see how horrible of a job they do later on when George R.R. Martin's books end.
I love Cersei so much. She's one of the best written characters I've ever seen. Even if you dislike her as a character, you have to acknowledge that.
Theon is an oathbreaker and suffers like an oath breaker. It's an important theme Martin took from the Tolkien universe and holds to it fairly well in A Song of Ice and Fire.
Oath breakers don't get castrated. They get behead in most cases. Jamie is an oath breaker and he only lost a hand. Jon is an oath breaker and he was not punished. Robb was an oath breaker and he was murdered. Outcomes vary.
@@havok6280 Jon never broke his oath that I remember. Kate broke her oath and was murdered. There are others we can't mention because of spoilers.
i'd expected more from this episode. oberyn's daughters just seemed cheesy to me. and even when we first saw them during practice, i was thinking....ugh, why is she wearing a snakeskin bikini top...isn't their dad a prince....why are they practicing in linen rags?
It looks like rags to you, to a warrior training in the heat you don't want fancy clothes that get you overheated, mfs just have no common sense🤣 I'm not a killer and I just do boxing but guess what? I don't wear my nice clothes to train
26:06 Theon is broken
This is one of the slower episodes but it gets so much better after this. Some of my favorite scenes are towards the end of this season! 🐉🔥🩸
Once you two finish season 5 of game of thrones you can watch Samuel L Jackson’s beginners guide to game of thrones. It is hilarious. It’s an 8 minute video.
Oh, absolutely! It's mutherf***ing hilarious! 😜
This video isn’t in the playlist jsyk
yall did too much arya is in training to become the many face god so she must become like her master so stop wondering why he being sneaky yall havent seen nun yet patience bridgeco gang
"Famous tart, Queen Cersei" - is the meaning of 'a tart' well-known in America? Just wondering as you didn't really react to one of the best jokes.
Your editing of Cersei's line 'brought peace to a war-torn country' was hilarious, deliberate or not.
King 👑 Tommon IS THE BIGGEST SIMP EVER ON THIS SHOW....
This is actually the only episode of GoT I've never watched. I saw online as I was binging this would happen and could not bring myself to see it. I skipped this episode. I'm glad they didnt show as much as I assumed I would see. She deserved better this entire series.
BOOK SPOILERS BELOW!
If it makes you feel better this does not happen to her character in the books.
Her and Jeyne Poole’s stories are basically swapped for this season to… progress the plot… I guess. 😒
@@YenShivelyafter all the torturing Theon went through I just assumed the worst. I will eventually watch it now that I see it doesn’t show what I thought. Still rough to get through. Good to know she didn’t experience this in the books.
Jaqen was more approachable, no one is all business
Haha… My dad bought a tri-complex in Long Beach, Ca. One of the apartments was previously rented by Dr. Jack Kevorkian himself. 🍻
This episode makes this season worse than 8 for me ( the Dorne plot too )
Almost just gave a thumb down cuz of how icky that ending scene made me feel 😬😭 I absolutely love you guys but Ramsey just fills me with such immense disgust lmao a thumbs up like all of your videos tho!
The African guys that jumped Jorah and Tyrian I believe are Jogos Nhai. The Jogos Nhai are a people of Essos who live east of the Bone Mountains on the plains of the Jogos Nhai, which lie north of Yi Ti and the Shrinking Sea
No, it's just Mr Eko from 'Lost'.
After season 4, each season gets worse and worse when it comes to plot and (most) character developlment, as evident by the vile alteration of Sansa's story. One may enjoy the rest of the series in some way, but nothing prepares for the drop of quality in the things which made this series stand out and be great.
Nonsense. 6 is amazing.
Oh the sand fake fight was so cringe 😅
That was sad
The more you think about the context of that scene and the characters the worse it gets
.....as if it wasn't bad enough
I hate it
Especially 'cuz it's not just a show. This is a show obvi, but. Ya know. Stuff happens
I'mma go shower
worst episode of the first 6 seasons
"I'm so torn.." Yea Sansa is torn too.. Come on...
Tommen will lose everybody with this attitude.. :) Worst king ever.
This is the only episode I skipped on rewatch.
this is considered one of the worst episodes of the entire show but imo pretty much every episode after this one is of this same quality.
Dance of the dragons? Battle of the bastards? Battle at Hardhome? Those are pretty epic
Battle of the bastards is one of the worst episodes of the shows entire run IMO. The writing in that episode is just as bad, and at points worse, then The long night from s8.@@cookiekrum19
You on crack bro, s6 finale? 7x4?
@@jemaselite8076 big battle episodes dont make good episodes simply for being big battle episodes. 7x4 is a terrible episode. And yeah the Winds of Winter is a bad episode too, it's so bad it ultimately had no actual consequences for the remainder of the shows two seasons.
@@bulbakirb5789 sure, your opinion
one of the worst episodes…..so far 👀
Theon should have joined in and did some dp action.
Sorry.....
With what?
In the book Ramsey actually does make Theon do foreplay on his new wife (not Sansa in book). So the scene is even worse in the book.
he did, in books. not by his own will and not to Sansa, who wasn't the one Ramsey wed, but still
I was drunkenly joking around. Ignore me. Lol
Everyone always finds sympathy in their hearts for Theon, I never did. I never forget, or forgive, betrayal.
Did you know that you can not forget or forgive someone's behavior, or even them, and still hold sympathy for whatever they go through? It's actually possible to do all those different things at the same time.
If you mean that because they betrayed you once, you now refuse to ever hold sympathy for them in any of their circumstances, that's just your prerogative.
@@m3ntybI think that’s exactly what they mean lol
@@m3ntyb frankly I'm with the OP on this one. I could never feel sympathy for Theon.
@@parthmudgal9270 come on, Theon had it rough in his head ever since he was held captive in winterfell and Balon burning the Robb's letter (remember that Robb was Theon's only true friend) didn't help it either, because Theon had to choose between the only friend he had and the life he always wanted. yes, Balon was a d*ck to Theon, but Theon still had things to fight for on both sides.
I know one thing, I wouldn't want to be in his shoes, to be forced to choose between friendless freedom and freedomless friendship
