Cal from "Manifest" is like a twisted version of Henry. At least Henry tried to understand that even though Regina was a villain, that doesn't mean he must not see the grey area of things. Cal on the other hand, sees black and white only. For him there's only the Callings. And because of him, Angelina killed Grace.
For me this is different since Henry lived with Regina for 10 years and knew that she was not so bad, that there was kindness in her, it is more everyone knew that the only good thing and I sat Regina was Henry and that he never hurts him no matter anything so I let him walk free for the town because they knew he was the only person she ever had. Too bad no matter what happened they were only careful with him when Regina separated from the evil queen
Because I thought that the part of Regina that never pity Henry no matter what the evil queen did not have because for them everything good was in Regina and everything bad in the evil queen
