I think I kind of always viewed Regina as Henry’s “real” mother more than I ever did with Emma. Maybe it’s because Regina was always my favourite and I’m biased or maybe it’s because Regina raised him and for a while she didn’t have anyone else and you could tell she loved him. I’m not saying Emma didn’t love Henry but she had her parents and Neal (then later Hook) so to she just didn’t seem to show as much love towards Henry as Regina did

Now this is what a redemption of the evil queen looks like and not those shit from the previous season. Being powerless but still finding a way to fight a greater evil even if it costs your life. PS: Gothel and Dr. Facilier are the manipulative villains that I like this season. They could be a threat to Rumple if they were casted during the previous seasons.
