To the one who feels like you don't belong:
I know what it's like to feel isolated, disconnected, and unloved. You just want someone to love and understand you. It's okay, it's perfectly natural to feel that way. Understand that the collective consciousness holds a deep sense of shame and unworthiness that affects all of us. This unworthiness, although painful, is really live in disguise. The pain exists to make the love even sweeter. It's a gift. If you don't fit in on this planet, that means you were meant to change it. The power of love is infinite. You are an unlimited creator. Your essence cannot be harmed. You are safe. You are loved. You belong here. You deserve this gift.
    With infinite love,
    The Universe, AKA you 💙

This feels like it was cut together from a longer meditation just in order to fit the "10 minute" thing. (e.g. "repeat the mantra for several minutes" -> 15 seconds later "release the mantra"). I love his meditations, but cutting out all the pauses in order to cram as much talking in as possible isn't helpful and doesn't make for a good meditation. First time I'm downvoting a Deepak Chopra video :(

Perhaps this was a composite, yet he got valuable thoughts and concepts across. And the questions he suggested we answer for ourselves are deep and relevant. I do not believe this was intended to teach us How, but rather Why.

Mister Deepak Chopra, I love all your work and I am eternally grateful for all you create. I do like to mention, and this is just personal, that I do find myself rushed during meditations in which I have not enough time to calmly repeat the mantras, I wish there was more pause between what we are to repeat internally. Still only meant as a personal constructive comment, I Am very grateful for the meditations, and all the wisdom out there. Regards, The I Am. +)

Awesome meditation, but when there’s questions asked, there should be some space to let the universe answer what was asked, there was a lot of talking, but it’s just a minor thing other than that this was rlly good!

Bad Experience. The guidance is good but it's so annoying the way he speaks in this.... It's just like a casual talk and there's some constant noise in background. Secondly he is constantly talking, not a single moment to feel his words.... It's like a rush.... Extremely casual
