He discussed this on stream yesterday. He doesn’t have op so he can’t install it. Plus he said he likes using regular Minecraft blocks instead. He doesn’t think it’s worth putting it on the server for just him (and Charlie when he goes subatomic) plus I think the mods are different types. I believe that origin is a fabric mod and (the good) chisel mod is forge.

I just had the best idea. Someone needs to become a slime with slime and they need to do the shrinking thing over and over on each other. They should stay close by so they can see each other. They will also be the same size. Eventually they will become smaller than than the game can handle and will either crash on suffocate in blocks.
