Trick :
Connect WiFi with Advance options
Proxy : abcd.com or type anything with .com
Port : 8080 or any 4 digit
Wait for at least 2-3 minutes or click NEXT, Go back click NEXT a few times
it will show you "No internet access, Please check your router"
From there you can bypass FRP/Google Lock from Any HUAWEI phone

Security Patch Level (SPL) : March 5, 2019

This must work on April 2019

Worked on a p20 lite, quite a few steps not needed but got there. All I did was skip the first part, went straight into WiFI to put the non existant proxy server in (before this make sure your SIM is not in, I just popped it out a little). Then follow guide until you need internet again and just pop the SIM in and use 4G rather than messing about with your WiFi network! Once you get access to the menu's you're sorted really.
