After 24 years from the first time, I still love Thailand and I come back whenever possible. This will happen again in february. Me and my wife love Ko Phangan, too. Being in Thailand is not a holiday ... it's a state of mind ...
My fiance and I stayed in Pattaya for 8 nights. It was awesome. Great food, cool bars, live music, lovely people. We did a 5 hour walking tour around the city going to Diamond stores, guided by.... us. Totally random and off track. Exhausting and totally fun. We stopped at some bars and bought plates of chicken and rice so far from the tourist area. And we didn't get lost. The restaurant/ bars we stopped at that day looked pretty dodgy, but turned out the best food of our trip for just a few $..One of my best travelling days ever.
I really missed Pai on this list . It's so beautiful over there ❤

I was going to say that would be one hell of a long boat ride. You would have to go around Singapore.

I wish both of you a Merry Christmas. Some of the best nightlife I have ever seen. Tokyo my absolute favorite that I have ever Ben to so far. Would never go for more then 10 Days. Absolutely loved it

You got most of the main areas. But I would add another week to go to Pattaya / Jomtien and Koh Chang island on the Gulfs east side. Nice video though. Always enjoy seeing what you two are up too.
People purposely avoid mentioning Pattaya because it's so great

You can’t take a boat from koh samui to phuket... You can take a 4 hour bus/van ride with Lomprayah Ferries to/from Ao Nang and the port that goes to Samui. To get from Samui to Chiang Mai you just fly from Koh Samui, or to save a. It of money go to Surat Thani and fly from there.

I had been there for 2 weeks in January and locals told me it was rainy season. I was in Bangkok then southeast part of country. It probably varies depending on whether it’s El Niño or El Niña season.
some dodgy advice in this video... boat from phuket to samui. go from samui to phuket to fly to chiang mai?? not making sense to me! just goes to show folks, don't believe everything you see/hear from travel vloggers, do yr own research

She is fine. Hula Hin is not in Southern part, it s in middle part, it s 3 hrs from Bangkok.

Why to go from Koh Phangan back to Phuket to fly to Chiang Mai??? You can also fly from Samui or Surat Thani.

If Iam Koh Phangan for 3 days I would take one and go to Koh Tao.

Fast boat from Phuket to Koh Samui?, you mean the boat can travel across the land peninisula or you head down thru the Straits of Malacca and around Singapore and back up to Koh Samui

Nice itinerary, but unfortunately the factual errors in this video are problematic. You can't take a boat from Phuket to Koh Samui - you can fly, or you'll need to travel over land to Surat Thani before getting a boat or ferry. Also, Thailand does not have a border with China - Myanmar and Laos are in-between!
I'm sad to see that HuaHin made such an impact on you. What used to be a little-known secret of Thailand, Hua Hin is fast becoming another tourist trap.

Becareful with the app these people are recommending for cell phone use in Thailand. It is not comparable with all phones. This is why I DON'T LIKE people with sponsoring companies. They become sales people.
