Sharjah is beautiful and very peaceful city.
Long time ago when I was in UAE ( AbuDhahbi). Our GM was lived in Sharjah, daily he comes from Sharjah to AbuDhahbi. But that time traffic was not to much. Traveling was not so difficult between these cities. But now everything has been changed.
You are showing us new and beautiful face of UAE. Thank you for this. Lots of Love and prayers for you.

People who live in Sharjah are very lucky, as they have the sea, sand, sun, peace, culture and simple beauty of a small Emirate- ideal for a peaceful living. If only you had also shown the Islamic Cultural Museum, its a small wonder. We loved your tour- very nice and soothing to the eyes and mind. I lived 16 years in Sharjah and then finally moved to Dubai in 2020, big relief.

Unfortunately your friend didn’t tell you that Sharjah has 35 tourists destination including 16 museums.
Some of the best museums that you will never see in Dubai.
Also you didn’t stop at Buheirah corniche which has amazing 90 towers skyline, can’t compare with Dubai or Abudhabi but such can’t be seen in hundreds of city.
Yes Alcohol is banned, so western tourists are little but we here have 30-40 hotels that have Middle East and Asian tourists who don’t drink.

I like Sharjah more than Dubai and Abu Dhabi for a long term family stay..not permanent of course but any thing more than 2 months is a long term stay.

Sharjah has changed a lot since I left back in 2015 and settled in Bahrain. UAE was like a home to me. Hopefully, in near future will visit again.
MADO is a big chain. MADO stands for Kahramanmaras Dondurma (ice cream from Kahramanmaras). Great food! in the winter, try their SALEP!
