Nice video. It appears you're right-hand dominant? Why do you reel with your right hand then? Use your dominant wrist/arm to hold the rod, work the lure, set the hook with power and reel with your weaker wrist/arm (all it does is make a circular motion). Even your casting will improve - I noticed you are often trying to "find" the line before you turn the bail over and kinda fumble around. It will all improve if you switch to left-handed retrieve. Just saying....
