"We grew tired of all the unhealthy plant-based frozen meal options with long, scary ingredient lists and high levels of sodium and fat. That’s why we created Forks Over Knives Frozen Bowls. Our new line brings together chef-inspired deliciousness, the cleanest whole-food ingredients, and a generous portion size that celebrates plants in all their glory. A whole food plant based snack for trips around town and for longer trips is Haldi Chana which is just roasted crispy chickpeas with turmeric and salt added. Very tasty! Just as addictive as peanuts or popcorn. A great way to add protein and fiber to a plain baked potato from Wendy's on trips. I like to add some pasta sauce from an ice chest as well.

I love all four varieties! They are large enough to keep me full with very few calories and lots of great veggies and grains. I usually add hot sauce to them and that makes them even better!

I saw that these came out and are supposed to be available at Sprouts. I have not shopped at Sprouts but I've wanted to try these "fast foods." On days I really don't want to cook, they would be a nice alternative, with a rainbow salad. Thanks for reviewing these items. There is a Sprouts near me. I pass it going to and from work, as I do with the nearby Trader Joe's. My neighborhood is so great! Thank you.

I would eat the Asian one if we were traveling or something. Not something I would eat on a regular basis but it was tasty.

I tried the Sesame Ginger, and the Potato and Chickpea Curry entrees from Forks Over Knives. They were tasty. Adding some mushrooms would add a lot of savory, umami flavor. On a trip, you could buy some ready to eat mushrooms that are sold in jars to add umami flavor. The Sesame Ginger had some mushrooms, but not an ideal amount.

I love the Tuscan Garden Penne. I usually add a little water before cooking to make it saucier. I want to make my own version but cannot find a recipe.

I have eaten these when I don't have time to cook. There isn't anything wrong with these meals as far as ingredients. It is all natural. Idk why the limits they put on what they could used for.

I have a sensitivity to gluten - 1-2 bites didn’t cause me any issues but I wouldn’t eat more then that!
