It’s funny how when buddy messes up it’s nothing but when some one else messes up he screams at them

Gloves are way more unsanitary than bare hands. It's perfectly ok to handle food with bare hands, you just need to wash them often. I work in a kitchen and we never wear gloves, only when you cut yourself or need to handle something that could stain or contaminate your hands and other stuff, like red onions or raw chicken.
Hair on the other hand, yeah, not necessarily a hairnet but you should be wearing something like a hat or a bandana at all times, both to be sure hair doesn't fall and to catch sweat
At the end of the day, even if it is an impressive decoration, it's still just a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting, you could find a better tasting cake at walmart
