I will also like to know if I can notorized and use my degree statement of result instead of degree certificate.

Thank you so much for this guide. Your channel has been helped. The level if competency filled for me was 2 for all the 5 units I have worked. This was done due to the option in the form showing just level 1 and 2. It's be scanned and upload to mynmbi. I hope this won't be a problem later on.
If the application isn't submitted.. You can re-edit your draft application and get another one submitted. The Levels 1 and 2 were only examples on the form to be used as a guide. If you leave the existing one, it shouldn't be a problem with a wide range of experiences.

You will need documentation from everyplace you've worked for NMBI purposes. Otherwise thag would be a significant gap that you would need to provide explanation for

Thanks for the information. Concerning the stamp, my facility has departmental ones and not a general organisation stamp. I received a query to reschedule an appointment with my signatory and correct it because the stamp she used had her name evem though she is the Head of Nurses and Midwives. The one they have given me now is from the medical superintendent. Will that be acceptable or I need to include a letter.

Concerning the dates employed in the unit what if you are still working in the unit, do you need to end it within the current year like from 20/09/2009 to date ?

I will strongly recommend that you wait for a few months before starting the process

Yes, absolutely! Provided they can agree with the details and understand
The biodata page of the form needs to be handwritten by your signatory. There's been too many queries issued if typed. All pages have to be signed, dated and stamped. The version that I used for explaation in this vid is already outdated. NMBI has issued another upgraded version.
Please my document has my(first name, Middle name and last name), while my NMCN registration and licensing has just my(First name and last name)

Depends on the content of the stamp. And on translation, there is a separate guideline for translated documents

Yes, absolutely!
Should i use my maiden or married name?
You can use your married name.. You would need a Sworn Affidavit of Change of Name from a Court of Law and upload with your other documents

March 2021 OET is eligible for Ireland
Ireland takes as low as C+ for OET in only one aspect. A double C+ is not acceptable
I would say that March 2021 result is acceptable
