Hooxi gets the chances he gets because he's likable, aleksib has been quoted as unlikeable by many ex teammates including Niko and konfig. Hooxi may struggle with mechanics sometimes but he's just as much a brother to Niko as his own cousin hunter. This is an important part of teamwork as it establishes respect and trust which aleksib has failed to establish in any of his past teams. He literally got removed from ence because he slept with his teammates girlfriend. Just let that sink in.
Aleksib is clearly very arrogant and self serving and that's not good. Most top teams have a family/brothership complex and aleksib is a loner player. But it's this reason he might just work in navi. Navis team is as cold as aleksib is and they like slow playing the clock just like aleksib does. It's actually probably a pretty decent fit for him.
Ive said it before and i’ll say it again. Boombla and aleksi are the best igls ever for navi. This is major winning squad. Aleksi is a super smart guy and his superior knowledge lets him do whatever he want for as long he wants putting his mind and sense above everyone elses. You can see he knows what things take time and what does not and he will keep at something which is not working rn but will work eventually if its done right. Just be yourself aleksi, fuck everyone else. Same for boombla but totally diff style, sadly he aint coming back so no need to talk abt him and feel worse.

I wasn't a navi fan (still respected and appreciated simple and good plays in that team, but i wasnt rooting for them) Now after the change im one of the few heavily hyped from day1, & im really cheering, and wishing aleksib the best/a major.

If you are talking about nip, aleksib was a standin while hampus was on mental leave. Hense why hampus is igl again now that he's back.
