It's a great concept, using Konrad & mill. I do something similar, using Konrad as a perverbial ace in my Phenax mill deck. Prep Tree of Perdition or Wall of Blood with 'Freed from the Reel', Penamon's Aura, Hidden Strings, or Vizir of Tumbling sands. Then, before you start milling, drop Konrad onto the field and mill away. One opponent gets focused down with mill, while Konrad converts all milled creatures into damage to everybody. Highly affective.
As for that morality shift win-con, I would also include a Kozilek or Ulamog in the deck (possibly both). They would basically finish off what morality shift cannot, no matter what point in the game you’re at. This would also make entomb or corpse connoisseur at a premium in this deck.
You know what tutors doom whisperer because it's a demon? That's right shadowborn apostles. They play so well into the doom-rad combo I made a deck around it.

Sweet deck list, but I'm surprised that you're not including Basalt Monolith and one of the shuffle Eldrazi to combo with Mesmeric Orb
