The Mission Burger was born in a small 6 lane bowling alley called, "The Mission Bowling Club" in San Francisco, California. The Mission Burger has received rave reviews on several sites and magazines. So, shooting this video was a no brainer. The Mission Burger consists of a 1/2 pound patty, using a blend of brisket and chuck. It sits atop a fresh toasted bun dressed with a caper and garlic aioli, then topped with melted jack cheese and caramelized onion. The crown of the bun gets an interesting treatment as well!
