Theres been many a disaster loading onto the train, tyres, diesel tanks, bumpers, wheels, wings etc, ive only been on "le-shuttle" in my car and thats a miniature truck scenario, i prefer the ferries but in a car the trains way quicker, ferry is more relaxing and leisurely,.
first times the hardest but the stinky express never gets boring when rolling on and off, drivers car was always the worst part, they did food the last trip i made but think all that's stopped now! looks like the same trains though so they will be showing there age..... enjoy and just watch out for the doctors and scientist on the way back in......
Hi shaun i owner driver and have helped many that had there first trip to Europe . Anyone who is not nervous the firsttime are either dead or not human . I have been doing it for years but can remember my first time but you soon get the hang of it . Just remember you drive on other side . Aye there is some who take the micky and laughing but . There is no shame being nervous hope you have a good time try relax and enjoy
European is much more easier until you start doing convoi exceptional, permits start to talk numbers as the police very rarely give you the benefit of the doubt, some drivers fall to pieces BT as the old saying goes, every days a school day.

I’m on bulkers/tippers and the way you went on the train is same as us on weighbridges, some are tight as, and will have your nut indicators off in a heartbeat
