It's a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to pets. A building could allow it if it's under a certain amount of weight but the condo unit owner might not allow it. If this unit is off the market and you still want to live in this building it will come down to the other unit condo owner. Thanks for watching!

Can not use credit card for condo monthly payments when dealing with real estate agencies/owners. For hotels you can. If you are planning on renting or buying a condo I suggest you open a Thai bank account. You can then use that to transfer payments to the owner. Bank transfer 👍

@@tonyforever I'll be staying at Maxxcity Condotel in Pattaya City for 31 days. I prefer to pay with cash (thb). It's 16,000 baht for 31 days and 10,000 baht deposit, I hope they will accept cash when I arrive
