Hi Tim, I just want to say I really like the way you commentate through the flight. With the important info, like 3 up, 3 down, I'm heading to that cloud and that peak etc. It makes me feel involved with your flights, like I am flying it with you. Great work! Thank you.
Tim! Love all your videos! When I fly I think back to your videos and remember what you do to make it a better flight and try to do that. Keep putting videos out so I can keep learning and stay entertained while we’re all in self isolation :)
Very sorry to hear of your father's passing. You are i our prayers and our thoughts are with you. Thanks for sharing and for the beautiful video of your day's tour.
My condoleances with you father Tim. What a beautifull way to honour him like this by sharing your flying adventures. And as always; verry educative and joyable to watch! Thx!!
Nice one tim. Great timing. Everyone is grounded by this weather. This is a great way to lift spirits and remind us why we do it. I love to make vids too to at least have something to watch back on and share the fun with others.
Wow! What a great place to fly, I reckon. Love your videos and appreciate your comments during the flights. They give me more insight in why you make some decisions. Keep bringing on those videos! And almost forgot to give my condolences, so here they are.
Hi Andrew, it's normally some combination of walking, hitching, and catching a train. On my 202km flight last Friday (video to follow) I got a 30 minute lift, then a trains to London, then the tube, then another train back home! 5.5 hrs in the air, 5.5 hrs getting home :-)
Hi Tim, Which glider is more comfy to fly, OXA 1 or OXA 3? I flew today in like strong spring condition the Oxa1 wich was so pleasure to fly. Easy handling like Phi Maestro which is a high B!! :D
airgabor para Hi, they’re all really nice to fly, I loved my OXA1 after coming from the Sigma 9, then when I flew the OXA2 I found it slightly easier to initiate turns in a thermal, but there wasn’t a huge difference between the 1 and 2. However the OXA3 definitely has better performance but is still very easy to fly. As for which is easiest it’s impossible to say really, especially as I haven’t flown an OXA1 for about three years...

Beautiful way to honor your father's memory ! What jet was he flying ? It looks like a Hawker Hunter, but I'm really not sure of it ^^'
In these two photos it was a Hawker Sea Hawk, then a Hawker Hunter, but he also flew de Havilland Vampires too...
@@TimPentreath Thank you Tim !
You're still on your OXA2 Tim, not the 3 in the title.
Well spotted, fixed, thanks!
