Me and my friends once put our luggage in a locker downstairs once in Tokyo station and then went to explore-when we came back most of the stores had closed for the night and they had many exits and entrances blocked off. We walked around for about 1.5 hours till we found where our luggage was with the help of some employees. Huge train station!

LOL🤣 What time was that? Tokyo station opens until midnight but if it's too late, it would be happen😅 In that case it's soooooo hard to find where we are even for Japanese😂

@@foodinjapan2256 About 11pm! We were so lost.. we missed the trains too and had to take a cab back to the hotel. We used a Tokyo Banana sign as a marker where the lockers were but when we got back ....all the signs were gone! Hahah

My wife and I tried Tsujiri 9:07 and Zunda Saryo 15:26. We really enjoyed both! Thank you! Zunda Saryo was creamy, smooth, lightly sweet (just nice for us), nutty complex flavor, which we loved.

Loved the video as I think Tokyo station should be explored more in videos than it does. My fave restaurant is a tonkatsu restaurant on the main floor. I think its called Tonkatsu Suzuki and I always eat there when I visit Japan. Hope you do more videos at Tokyo station.

Thanks for another good video. We were at Tokyo Station in March for some train watching (with a platform ticket), and after that really wanted ramen. But on the "information board" where the restaurants are shown, we didnt find any ramen restaurant. The next time, I will know to ask for "ramen street".

If you like trains, getting a platform ticket at Tokyo Station (you can get it from a ticket vending machine) is a good idea. This allows you to acess the Shinkansen platforms, and to take pictures of the trains. As Tokyo is an starting/end station, the trains are on the platform for about 20-30 minutes, which gives you plenty of time (at non starting/end stations, the trains are there only for 1-2 minutes).
