Yeah they were supposed to test copying a deck that you have to come up with the url for, then slowly removing everything from your deck, in only global tournaments. How someone found this even is beyond me
Honestly I don't even think it's their fault this time, no amount of testing would have found this bug. Whoever found it is absolutely nuts

This bug seems more interesting than the new "rocket silo cycle" gamemode
It’s like a retarded Mario Party minigame. The rocket silo should do way less damage.
I'm not amazing at the game, but I was 23-4 on my best global tourney run ever, and I lost to this for my last loss. I had not been on social media yet and had no idea it was a thing. I'm pretty mad because I had a shot at the T1k badge, and the dude just BMed me the whole time...

@@brentruiz842unlikely. There have been tons of glitches like this and supercell does nothing about them. As long as it doesn't impact the game economy, like the lucky drop glitch, they won't care.
Try to report him and move on. Yes it sucks but you can’t do anything about it, maybe make a Reddit post. Will be heard more than in the yt comments.

There should be an official No Restrictions gamemode where there are literally no restrictions on cards. Duplicates, infinite evolutions, and limited cards. It would be a silly metagame.

@@darthhydreigon820 you underestimate how long people will play bad gamemodes. It's been a day and people are still actively playing the "play 3 rockets and win" challenge right now, so one with at least some depth will likely last longer.
Honestly though give us this as a playable mode. If I have to play one more "kill a thing in the middle to spawn the thing" mode I'm gonna lose my mind.

delete the tourney is fair for sure. no way they should get rewarded, but also it wrecks the integrity of it all together.
Yeah this was the only tourney I could get 10 wins on, so if they deleted it and my rewards, then I would have a pretty good chance to not get the legendary kings chest. They should just perma ban all the accounts that did it
They banned people for the lucky drop glitch. They should ban people for this one.
They should permanently ban the account that did it. My tournament is going well so far and I don't want it to get re-started.

@@Niteowl11611 Maybe not a permanent ban, but I think the people who promoted it should be permanently banned. They didn’t just unfair gain rewards, they potentially stripped others from them.

This should honestly be a new gamemode lol. Having a mode like the pure-hacknons tier on smogon would be so much fun, especially if you can use all of the party/super cards as well. I'd genuinely love playing something like this with my friends
although it wouldve been so fun to have used this glitch, glad I didn't because knowing me I would completely forget about the fact it could get me banned 💀
This would be a great mode allowing for multiple champions to be used at once

Clash royal never compensated players who lost qnd that's a proven fact. That's why the community is so angry

Not to defend anyone abusing bugs, but the reason for such a community reaction is that lucky drop glitch was harmless, you aren't destroying the game for others by using it. Also, there have been many bugs like this, spell canceling and placing a balloon or any other card instead of the spell on the opponent's tower for example, that went completely unpunished by Supercell and which were destroying the game. They've ignored pretty much every such bug until it was one that messed with their sales
@@i_saidmeow2469the reason the community was angry before is because it was unprecedented for players to get banned for glitches.
With the lucky drop bans the cr dev team had set a precedent of bans for abusing glitches and now that they aren’t following this precedent the rules seem unfair and those banned previously are rightfully furious, the clash royale team have no one but themselves to blame for A. the glitch itself and B. The outrage from previous bans.
But then even slightly using the lucky drop glitch to try it results in permabans. Classic supercell.

if they do, then the community would be holding CR to a double standard. im recalling a particular instance where players abused a glitch with the lucky box, and CR banned these players, and everyone got mad. if we get mad at cr for _not_ banning players, then were just adding fuel to admittedly this already out of control fire.

The clash team set the precedent with the lucky box glitch bans, which atleast didn’t impact other players experience, this does. Furthermore because of the previous bans with the lucky box incident this should 100% be followed through with this incident.

i think the link is for the deck, but most of the deck is super cards, which dont load in almost every mode
Supersell still didn't ban them because it doesn't affect their money.
Lucky boxes did since people got gold and cards and therefore didn't have to buy the hold and cards. They need cash to keep Cash Royale alive.
Considering how the updates have been going for the last year or more, this could have acutally been an intended feature for the ones who pay enough
restarting the tournament maybe the best(i am on 2 wins and my little brother lost all 5 matches without letting me know) so that the players affected and the players who will try this after seeing this while have not much effect

There were a ton of bugs like this in the past but people used them in party mode, or maybe even trophy road usually, and it's not that bad, it's a funny glitch. But in a global tournament, I think bans could be justified. And it all depends on how you used it. If you played like 1 game or two with the exploit, maybe just get a warning, but if you have like 100 wins cause of it, def perma ban.
This is one card glitch. I honestly they should do a challenge where you get 4 cards only, but the next card is faced down or like hidden till you get it. Just like a yo gi oh or card game style of challenge.
This game doesn't even deserves to be talked about anymore.
The one who needs to be banned is the current CR dev team , perma ban from game development and management.
lost a game like that at 18 wins. i actually disconnected after the first defence (lost a tower) and got the loss without it showing up in the game log or in royaleapi.almost deleted the game
I saw this deck on Royale API and just stared for a second, didn't know what I was even looking at. Now at least I know what happened lol
They should outright ban anyone abusing the glitches. But at this point, I really don't care what they do, because I have no hope for CR's future 😔

I had a guy using goblin queen in a 2v2
I wanted to see someone counter these Little Princes with a bunch of golden knights, just rip the little princes and guardians apart with the triple dash
This would be fun as a gamemode where the game just gives you one random card to play over and over but no champions or spells

banning them would be kinda unfair cuz imagine a guy not watching any content about clash royale and his friend shows him this glitch, the guy uses it to win thinking its like a secret or something and then the guy getting just banned for it.
I would also make one thing in GT and that is that you could play only on 1 account and not from main and another 6 accounts because then the top 100 is some accs created week ago...

ngl I think it would be cool to have a temp mode in the season shop be this, where you can have as many of 1 card in a deck as you like (excluding multiple champions/ evos (if you have e.g 2 knights you have an evo knight in your deck and a regular one)
I don’t think clash Royale tracks people using cards in game so they can’t do anything
lowkey a tournament or limited time game mode that allowed you to use 2 champions sounds a bit fun

I faced 2 games against this, but I defended their spam and in a like a minute the game crashes and i didn't lose or win. from what ppl say its cuz when 2 champions die the game crashes

If I was still playing clash royale, I would’ve use this glitch to have duplicated goblins. Goblin swarm is funny and I am not playing this game to win, but for shits and giggles. However the thing of getting banned would absolutely stop me from doing this
I think they should make an event where we can use every champion, it might be fun for a day or 2.

Surely a deck full of ice wizards is not bannable. Ice wizard dies to fireball and can easily be destroyed
