Bink’s sake is composed by a famous composer, Tanaka Kouhei, and Oda wrote the lyrics, it’s been written before Oda started the One Piece, that’s why we called Oda is a genius.
He's always got this cheerful and funny vibe, but you know, he's been through some real deep stuff. That's some true strength right there. He's the man.
Na, nami's is the one that feels more "realistic" and solid, almost everyone can relate to the love for their "parents". 50 years alone is too much of a stretch
It's robin for me, cuz she had no choice to live the way she lived before. At an early age, she loose her love ones, became an orphan, accused of a crime, and suffer for over 20 years nobody can trust to or rely on.
Brook was pretty much the vice captain, someone who could bear reponsabilities in the rumbar crew, but after so much time of isolation he has one foot on insanity, and became this quirky fella we know now.
Bink's brew is not just about sailors` or pirates` lives. It's life itself. We all desperately wish we could spend eternity with our loves ones and friends. But we all need to part ways and sometimes you find yourself living longer than everyone else and is the only one still playing the piano. But that is the true meaning of the journey called life. The best thing we can do is live each day to the fullest knowing that we need to cherish as many people around us.
The juxtaposition between Binks’ Sake being recorded and it being played to the new crowd… and the contrast the Rumbar pirates make by singing happily in such a harrowing moment… destroys me everytime
There are many theories about the importance of the song. Oda wrote it himself, which makes it even more touching. It’s without a doubt an invaluable piece in the story.
50yrs!! imagine! 50 yrs, alone, and most likely lonely too, with his friends dead bodies, and the ship full of memories.. you may not be fully understand his suffering but you probably can imagine having lonely in a day or two, now make that a year and 50 at that.. with no one to talk to, no entertainment on board, just a recorder that records his dying friends singing.. no wonder he's so happy meeting luffy.. he's already skeleton when he got to thriller bark but, who would be happy if your shadow, and your ability to walk on sunlight, would get rob to you
A truly tragic fate befell the Rumbar pirates, indeed.... but now Brooke has a second chance to fulfill his old promise. His old crew's legacy still lives on....
Out of robins and brooks backstory, brooks takes the cake out of both of them. Both were dealt with a bad straw but going through what brook did and still be happy afterwards takes some serious willpower.
I was watching this and my sight became crosseyed and somehow these 2 reactors fused . This happened for a minute then my vision returned to normal. I’ve been trying to recreate it for a few minutes now lol
Brook's backstory is so painful men If we get a chance to know @Jackie & @Devi, can you create a video of RANKING of who has the MOST PAINFUL backstory in One Piece (either from our Crew or from Villains) that'll be great 🥰
My last comment was when ya'll reacted to Merry's funeral. Still saying the same thing: ONE PIECE GONNA GET HIM TO CRY SOMEDAY BRO. Still many sad moments to come.
Brooke suffers from a lot of survivors guilt. Its something that happens to people who survive incidents where many others have died, they begin to question if they should have lived and begin to devalue their own lives. Having watched his crew die and drifting through the sea for 50 years Brooke was slowly driven insane by his lonliness. Only after Luffy and the Strawhats accept him without question and talk about how they met Laboon does he break down and express his joy for being alive. Brooke just needed something to live for and Luffy gave it to him.
Well when you said you surprised brook don't go insane :v he's kinda off a little bit ya know but still functioning I guess even though he's just a bones yo ho ho ho
How does the revive-Fruit work? Wouldnt he just have died again, after getting revived, because he was still poisoned? Or does that fruit restore and heal ur body? So the 1 year delay might have saved his revived life...
Truly the most painful backstory in the entire show. We are talking about a man that lost EVERYTHING…..including his life, revived and spent 50 years in solitude among his dead brethren. It’s incredible that a promise was all he had left to keep his sanity intact. P.S. Quite a scary thumbnail….. Brook in tears while they are laughing 😅
I have this thing wear the more I experience something the more I get desensitized to it Not for this....brook will always no matter what have the most painful backstory in one piece

For everything brook has been through
And he still says "I'm so happy to be alive" always hits me bro 🥲
Fun fact: Bink's Sake was written by Oda himself. Not only can he write a beautiful story but he can also compose beautiful song/sea shanty!
He wrote the lyric but the music was conposed by an amazing coposer way before thriller bark
@@minhhoanganh5111 yeah that's what I meant, I said "compose" because I didn't really know what you call someone who writes the lyrics of a song lol😅

Brooks backstory DESTROYS me no matter how many times I watch it 😪
All the backstory crew are sad except for usopp
@@supermanisdead3377 which is exactly why I think hes going to have a sad end
Me too

Binks no Sake lyrics has so many meaning in the story right now...
"The drums of liberty..."
Oda is a genius!
This lyrics is so good, they should pay more attention: "Let s all sing with a Don..a joke traveling tale". I bet this song was wrote 800 years ago..
@@antoniodada6009 A fun theory I have is that the Orginal writer of Bink's Sake was a member of the Joyboy's crew 800 years ago
@@MrSupersayian4goku Probably Joyboy himself

Love seeing reactors during this but I always end up crying myself
Same for me too my friend
He's always got this cheerful and funny vibe, but you know, he's been through some real deep stuff. That's some true strength right there. He's the man.
brooks backstory hits the hardest of the crew!
Na, nami's is the one that feels more "realistic" and solid, almost everyone can relate to the love for their "parents". 50 years alone is too much of a stretch
For me, Robin hit the hardest
Sanji's the saddest
It's robin for me, cuz she had no choice to live the way she lived before. At an early age, she loose her love ones, became an orphan, accused of a crime, and suffer for over 20 years nobody can trust to or rely on.
@@xaxorine477 Yet sanji had no one to begin with except his mom who died.
Atleast Robin knew what it feels to have loved ones but sanji never did 😭
Brook was pretty much the vice captain, someone who could bear reponsabilities in the rumbar crew, but after so much time of isolation he has one foot on insanity, and became this quirky fella we know now.
As always, I drop some tears with this episode, even after see so many reactions and songs about it...

cheerful song that makes you cry, the contrast
Best reactors on TH-cam for this series tbh. I love y’all’s reactions, they’re so genuine and cute. Great couple.
The juxtaposition between Binks’ Sake being recorded and it being played to the new crowd… and the contrast the Rumbar pirates make by singing happily in such a harrowing moment… destroys me everytime
This episode is stunning. It’s a round of 4 versions of this song across time. So amazing and painful, but powerful.
There are many theories about the importance of the song. Oda wrote it himself, which makes it even more touching. It’s without a doubt an invaluable piece in the story.

Couldnt help but to teared up everytime hearing Bink's Sake after i watched this episode
i love this song but this song makes me sad and happy. You can listen to it on a cheerful day and also on sad day.

Most think of inmortality as a dream, but we don't know how something like that could affect a person mind. We simple don't know.

Oh man. "Bink's Sake" is the One Piece fan's "Leaves From The Vine".
One of the episodes where Oda transformed himself to God.
can you imagine, you are alone on the ship, without talking to people for so long, and someone coming like a destiny, 😢
Im not enough strong to see this not crying 😭 watched this many times
I thought she would cry more, maybe the merry episode forged her :D
