I really love your photography and your philosophy. Those little things around our house are important to document because you never know how they will change over time, and it serves as a good reminder for us.
I used to live in Shanghai and your videos about Japan remind me of all my travels to Japan. Sometimes I go to Japan 5 or 6 times a year. I am constantly memorized by its serenity and scenery. It is indeed one of the most beautiful countries in the world and your videos do the justice to that. Sending love from Toronto.
love your videos sm tatsuki 🤩finding people w diff povs in life, like different books and fonts. this month marks one year ago for my first visit to japan and i miss it so much.
Hi Tatsuki! I’ve been following your channel for a long time, and as usual, your video and work were super impressive. This video is even more touching than your others since you talked about some of the instax photos of your family, especially the one of your grandad. It really shows why photography is so important and meaningful. Your videos are great, and remember to cherish your family and friends and everything you love because those things in our lives aren’t guaranteed! Sending some love your way and keep up the awesome content!
Honestly have inspired me to pick the camera back up man! Amazing video as always. I really share the sentiment about capturing a moment in time and not knowing how important that moment was until later. Also making me look forward to touching down in Tokyo in two weeks!
13:18 is such a simple picture, but it just feels so beautiful. I absolutely love the concept of "slice of life" photography You almost got me crying during my lunch break 😭 16:30 🍙🍙🍙
This is such a refreshing video! I really love the sequence of some interior shots of your grandma's home from sunset to night ( 5:44- 6:33), it's so beautifully shot and edited. Can't wait for more of your Japan vlogs! I'm also gonna take note of your konbini ranking on my next trip lol.
5:31 your grandma striking out the dates clearly with a ruler reminds me of my mom and her mom. it’s giving parasocial LOL but my eyes welling up or smth rn. hope she lives a long and blessed life
i’m learning Japanese on Duolingo and it’s fun to know that i can pick up a little bit- been following your channel for a few months now and you’re definitely one of my fave creators the algorithm helped me discover this year!
5:14 this montage is soo calming(is this the first time you done something like that?) and wholesome (your grandma seems so sweet and diligent :)) every vlog honestly has something new and somehow it always screams TATSUKI🔥🔥
This one touched me in the heart you are really transparent in what you feel and why you do those photos and I love it I saw a little bit of sadness when you were talking about your grandpa first rip and then thanks for sharing that with us it’s beautiful and meaningful big love keep Being yourself
I ran from insta! so many beautiful moments in this vlog, Im so excited that you're documenting your town and around your grandma's house, cant wait to see the process. Also always learning something or something to think about or notice through your vlogs. cant wait for the next one!
Came across your channel just today and I have to let you know that this is amazing work man. The videography, editing, music and, commentary. Just brilliant! 👏🏼
Love your vlogs as always ✨ Such a calming vibe and love how you’re documenting your time at your grandma’s house through video & film camera! Love the perspective and also the nostalgic vibe 🤎
Esta increible, eres mi creador de contenido favorito y trato de no perderme ninguno de tus videos. Este video se ve que es muy especial y me encanta, te deseo muchos exitos .
True! I don’t like things that are too sweet; just the right amount is perfect. That’s why I love Japanese sweets-they’re not overly sweet and pair perfectly with coffee! Also, that Famichiki onigiri looks so good!
I finally have time to catch up on your vlogs 🎉 The visuals and story with this one is just beautiful bro!! So well done 🙏🏻 So keen to see more from Japan Stay safe 🙏🏻💪🏼
Aww, your grandma is so sweet and keeps a lovely home! Living in built up east london, I am envious of being able to see so much of the sky at morning and night - it's why I love going wither out of London completely or the outer neighbourhoods. TT^TT I'm also inspired to get my camera out again and try to capture some moments of local life (before it completely dies out in this area). As someone who mainly shoots wildlife, I have always looked at the lack of bright, ambient light as a bad thing (and I hate having to deal with it digitally after - takes a lot of the joy out of it), it also means that more mindful photography doesn't happen because it tends to be a matter of shoot as many shots as you can, while you can and pray you get one that is in perfect focus and composition. I think I will try and appriciate the effect the darkness has in creating a frame more. =D Thank you for this inspiring video! I look forward to the next.
I really like how you have depicted scenes with your family, especially grandmother.. she reminds me my Korean grandmothers..❤ I noticed you use Lacie orange SSD , does it live up to modern standards? Especially is it ok for video editing?
What is the name of the BGM at 9:05? I've always been curious about it, especially since you always use it. I really love it; it's such a relaxing song!
beautiful video as always! if you have time in tokyo, i want to recommend a small coffee shop in nagasaki! it's called MIA MIA and the owner is from melbourne. they have amazing coffee and the architecture and concept of their space is really interesting!
