I agree, a rogue trader is a HIGH level noble with influcance greater than anyone else we have dealt with to this point. Honestly Grendyl is the only person (in this story)with more Authority than her. A vendor would be a lore folly IMO. She has people(Howlette) to deal with the likes of us.
Really happy to see she actually has lines now. Like i had no idea she was a rogue trader until the Traitor Curse update, i honestly forgot she even existed at all despite literally owning the Mourningstar
To be honest when i seen the intro i thought she was Grendyl and mourningstar was their ship, turns out i was only half right. Also i suspect she'll be tied to some new game mode like chaos wastes or winds of magic in Vermintide 2.

Can you isolate the audio of the voices you hear when quelling peril? Not the psyker themselves, but like the demons they're quelling. I can always hear a few words in the audio but can't quite put my finger on it
It might depend on class. Like i know the old bearded guy (cant remember his name, dude that Bardin's VA voices) he HATES ogryns and zealots but his lines change when you play as a veteran

It depends on personality
From what I can tell it’s based on personality. Try interacting with the guy who gives you weekly missions with each of your different characters.

Her voicelines were only recently added with the latest update. Before this, she couldn't be interacted with.
it could be added in part 2 of the aniversary event
The Mourningstar lines were here since beta I believe, so nothing guaranteed for the future. Patch#15 introduced new lines with the Carnival mission.
