I've seen a couple of Caucasian women complain about the pigmentation of this palette and I find it completely fascinating and astounding because the pigmentation is totally popping on my brown skin it's so hard to find a pastel palette that doesn't make me look ashy even though I'm one of the few people that is my tone of brown and actually has cool undertones you did a great job reviewing and I thoroughly enjoyed your review on it I love seeing different people's perspectives and outcomes with the same eyeshadow palette

This is a amazing pallet for pastels my goodness . I have them all and this is amazing I use the Anastasia eye base and man it made it so much better .. I am so glad I got this also love that if u have any of her others u can pop out and mix and match shades really am pleased with this pallet .. There's a difference between no pigmentation and something being a light pastel color. It's not supposed tk be as dark as, say a mid tone neutral or jewel toned palette. Anyone getting this, thinking they're getting that kind of pigmentation just don't understand pastels. I'm glad to see some with darker skin tones speaking up too, because usually, those are the people who complain the most. And I get why, don't get me wrong. It's hard to formulate a pastel that will show up on dark skin without looking chalky, but again, that's just the nature of pastels, sadly. Not all skin tones will get the same vibrancy. That's the case with any color scheme, though. For example, a jewel toned palette in me almost takes in a muddy, smoky look because I'm sooooo super fair skinned. That's not the formulas fault, though. Anyway, so far, this is the brightest, most pigmented pastel palette I've ever used, save for the one from give me glow cosmetics. That's was is just incomparable. However, those don't have the variety this one does. So far, I absolutely love this one. Pastels, if you know how to work with them (use a sticky base, pack, then layer, then blend carefully), are super fun and you can create some delicate, ethereally beautiful looks with them.

I just love that about her. It is so helpful and something that I can always go back to and watch when trying to recreate a similar look for myself. Such great pointers along the way too, like working with pastel colors, etc. 🥰

This reminds me of a look I used to do. Kind of like a 3-5 colour sunset gradient, yellow, orange, hot pink, white. These pastels are so great for gradients. Could even do like a neopolitan ice cream or a flower inspired look with this kind of idea, maybe even get out the white eyeliner and draw tiny daisies instead of a wing

After taking off my bronze shades of eyeshadow today, I realized that I needed to go back to the soft pastels that I love. Your recommendation and reasoning behind using a good lid primer really made so much sense. I love so many of the Nars products that I’m going to go right to their primer. Non black liner and more bold/defined lashes - perfection. Your final look is glorious.

Okay, I did not want or feel the need to have this palette but this look is changing my mind! Probably one of the most beautiful pastel look I’ve seen using this palette so far. I really love that pastel green and yellow on the inner corner!
I'm really excited for this one, its soo pretty. You can keep it simple just by doing an all over wash with the shimmery ones on the lid and out the door I bets.

This is a trust the process look but with the pastels it looks like spring, Easter, flowers, and butterflies all working together.
