- "Pepper Pot Recipe"
5 lbs mixed meat
6-8 cloves
8-10 sprigs of thyme
4-5 cinnamon sticks
3 Tbs garlic
2 hot peppers to taste
salt to taste
1/2 cup cassareep
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tbs ginger
3-4 pieces of orange peel
1/4 cup sugar
3-4 bay leaves
Let it marinade overnight or cook it right away on a low heat til tender.
