Please, parents, don't follow these types of people, especially this guy and 'career guidance' Ashwin. They are just brokers who sell our children to private colleges for placements.
Please ensure that our children work in their favorite or preferred companies or fields. Don't treat your child as a product to be sold to corporations. These brokers always promote this idea, disguising themselves as career guidance.
Instead, ask your child what they want to do. If they don't know, just wait and give them some time. With their own experiences, they will figure out what they need to study. Don't fall for people who only promote colleges and say nonsensical things, because we students know what's happening with colleges and placements."

I'm from REC, UG. Their faculties are so good. Apart from that there is nothing great about placements. If you wish to pursue other degree, don't take this as a choice as he mentioned they won't give back the fee that you have paid and even demands that you pay the full amount before leaving. I remind you again the management is money minded and they will ask you to pay the bus fee even you stay near the college. I fortunately got good HOD and faculties who taught the subjects well therefore got admitted to IIT through GATE for my PG.
