- Today in our ARK Survival Ascended gameplay, we are heading to grab one of the artifacts on the map but the problem is it involves a parkour jumping puzzle.... over lava......

33:13 I think what it was, back in the day, people would wear cloth or hide into an arthro cave, not because they didn't break, but because you can fix them in your inventory with stuff you pick up along the way. All higher armour tiers need at least a smithy to fix.

Looking forward to your videos every day. Very informative and I love the commentary, you say almost exactly what we all are thinking. The only thing I could think while doing the parkour is if it would be easier if being chased by a Raptor. Some of my best jumping was done while trying not to be eaten 😂
That is very true. Best jumps happen when trying to run for your life 😄
I think it's great how open you are about it and I really appreciate that you did the course anyway with a little help. I think there are a lot of people who don't do it that way and maybe cheat without saying anything. I'll do it with the Thyla, maybe try it once or twice. But you keep your sense of humor by blaming the rain for making it slippery. Very funny, I like the way you talk when you play. But I'd like to know who puts crystals in the pool at the end...when you finally make it, you die because your head hits the crystals under water. I also found the cave on Ragnaröck really annoying...never finished it, unfortunately. I've already been to the Underworld by accident, luckily nothing happened. With the Artefact of the Brute, though, I was scared of the mesh...it looks very unfinished down there. Keep up the good work, your LPs are part of my daily routine and I really enjoy watching them.
Glad you are enjoying the videos and dude the rain was 100% causing all my falls..... the rocks get so slippery 😄Want to visit the underworld and if they don't fix it anytime soon before Aberration I might just go in god mode so I don't lose anything just to check it out..... maybe when I do the "Packing For Aberration" video or something

That puzzle is why I enabled flyers in caves lol
I could feel the anxiety myself… I am so bad at parcours. Usually when I do it my whole body is moving with the direction the next jump is at. 😅😅

Nice dude, nice!!! You got it done. I look at it this way, its your game, play how you want! Glad the artifact was there and I only had 1 red drop and 1 yellow.
I was expecting there to be the elusive Cera saddle in the red drop that was part way into the jumping puzzle since I knew I was going to fall in the lava after getting it 😄

I had anxiety just watching you do it, lol. I have not even TRIED it yet, and believe me when I say...I am gonna cheat, lol. As for the underworld....yeah do NOT do it! It got me and my tames...I lost everything. I was able to get my tames back by using admin in the terminal but lost all of the gear I had on me. Now I have to go do more drop hunting to get it all replaced. All the joys of Ark!
Yea really sucks about the underworld. It's one of the main areas I wanted to check out but kept hearing about everyone getting stuff lost to the mesh 🙈
You could use coffins rather than having to lug foundations and beds around all the time. They have worked great for me.

You can use a thyla in the puzzle cave, but you can not take in the megalania. You can also use a tek chest piece if you have one. I've used both in there on ASA. The thyla use to take some damage while in the cave but currently they do not. Just FYI. I hate that cave - I do not do pare core either LOL

You can use a thyla to climb straight up the wall
Seems to be only certain tames that can enter the lava area. I tried yesterday and my baryoyx could walk in, but the megalania that I was going to scale the wall with hit the invisible barrier on the way in to the jumping puzzle room.

I did skipped the jumping cave. I had already done aberration so I used zip lines 😊
No ziplines in ASA as Aberration hasn't released

Hello I was wondering if you have had anyone tell you or if you have heard of anyone not being able to see The Center map on the XBOX Series X map list?? I have the Island and Scorched Earth but not the Centee map Can you help me figure this out please?
Haven't heard about that and not sure how the game store works on Xbox but if you check the store page for ARK Ascended see if there is a section for DLC as you might have to manually add it to your account (it's a free map) for it to download

I hate the parkour in ark because the jumping mechanics are just not good. Or I just suck at it. Either way I cheated, couldn't do it.
Yea even in single player with no lag the jumps seem off every now and then
