10:00 - I saw a guy in the US nearly lose his arm. He spend a year in recovery after it was crushed in a machine just like this. The machine I ran was fully automatic, but it could still do some serious damage if you did something stupid.
The process is kind of ol fashion but aleast the factory is cleaner than some I have seen here, also at least they're not putting added chemicals like BHT in the box making process to make the box last longer. And if you don't know what BHT is look it up it's what AMERICAN Companies use to put in it boxes that people eat out of over here in this country.
Clean enough and if you think different then maybe you are starting to appreciate what you have compared to the third world countries who are struggling to make a living. From someone who knows this industry I say they are doing a bloody good job under hard conditions. Well done.
I work in a factory that uses paper rolls, and if you try to push one of the rolls at my work, you would instantly have a hernia. Our roles are easily over 1600 lb.

I worked in a pizza shop for years and it's a relatively clean one. One thing that's always struck me is how pizza boxes touch food but dirty things touch pizza boxes all the time. It's like the magic medium where germs can't be transferred in the mind of shop owners
What about the preservatives in your food you eat every day? Or the artificial flavors and fats and oils not meant for human consumption but still used in processed foods. The packaging is probably the safest thing to eat if the food has to be in a package. Think generic chocolate creme filled cookies...

Before the invention of corrugated cardboard everything was shipped in wooden boxes. Wooden shipping boxes was a big lucrative business some companies owned forests they logged & mills where those logs were turned into lumber to the box plants where many many many workers were busy building boxes. Cardboard put an end to that. !

I retired after a 30+ year career in the printing industry. It’s a dying industry in the US but evidently not in that country. Some very old technology being used.
i got so good at building those damn pizza boxes, i could take a stack of flat boxes, and have it finished and ready to have pizza put in them in about 5 minutes. we'd do 5 stacks a day, or 250- 500 pizza boxes depending on the size box
What nobody understands here is that as with any machine it goes from first A user to B and etc.... this machine still works but needs alot more human interaction than when new which is why they bought it, they have the extra help to compensate where the old machine lacks to still make a useable product..... very similar to aftermarket car fenders or such as these companies will buy older machines and dies from Gm or toyota that might not make a 100% perfect part but with a little human elbow grease to make up for its good enough for 1/2 the price as aftermarket...... Bravo for these re users of equiptment

I would be embarrassed to show this process. It uses outdated equipment of over 70 years. It shows a filthy manufacturing facility that is dangerous. It shows equipment that is slow and inefficient. It shows the use of child labor. The corragator couldn't be running more than about 100 feet per minute. Modern corragators will run several 1000 fpm. They made manual splices by shutting down the speed. Modern corragators make flying splices without human intervention to keep the operations going without loss of efficiency. This facility is crap. I assume it is in India or Pakastan. Modern facilities are fast, clean, safe can way out perform both production and profitability. Please do not let this video let you think that this is how corrugated board and pizza boxes are made in the U.S. and most of the modern world.

I worked on commercial restaurant equipment for 25+ yrs; trust me, these boxes are some of the cleanest things there.
