    I remember when DL first accused Regi of being an abusive boss and all this TSM shit happened, the amount of people dragging and insulting Leena and other innocent people that used to work for TSM was disgusting. People like Leena and Parth were just doing their jobs and trying to make TSM the best they could. Weird how people were focusing on them and not Regi.

    Just looked it up and for every instance of a misclassified contractor under CA law TSM can be forced to pay up to 25k per case. All of these "contractors" over all these years could start getting expensive real quick.

    As a once-upon-a-time fan of TSM, I loved Dyrus, TheOddOne, Bjergson, Wildturtle, and XSpecial, but that roster is nearly a decade old now. It was memorable and fun and felt relatable as a group of dudes who formed a team. Even then, it required ignoring the unfortunate stuff with Regi and Chaox which was really just a prophecy for the next decade.
    But that team is gone now.

Obviously very many people don't much at all due to their own self righteousness though, which is a shame and many times those people will stick to their self righteousness all the way to death. it happened when he got kicked from CLG. They blamed him for being the toxic glue sticking the team together, but rotting it from the inside out. I absolutely was a huge fan of aphromoo, but after that whole fiasco, and then him going to 100t acting like hot shit and then literally saying in an interview "Hey we got to worlds, NA will never make it out of groups, we werent expecting to win so we had fun." What the fuck bro. But yet it was doublelifts attitude? DL was cocky, and naive, but he wasnt toxic int he traditional sense of the word. But when he went to TSM, working with that coach (wendle...windle??? i dont remember his name. the Life coach.) DL got way more chill, even on streams, he would actually start looking past simply calling someone shit on his team and say what they couldve done better. and if he died he went from blaming his shit team to saying shit like "UGH why did i do that?" That shit was huge improvement and i suck DL's dick now. His character growth is fucking astounding. Even through all the empty trophy case memes.

      Leaving that room and dragging his near-lifeless body into the main lobby of his building for all of his abused employees to see. And the leaving without explanation and disappearing into the void of the public, never seen and never heard from again. • @dylleealt
      @dylleealt 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      This isn't.. true. HR solely exists to protect the company and in many cases plays a role in perpetuating harm towards employees. Outside the efforts of very good intentioned individuals, HR will only "help" you when your interests align with the company's e.g. preventing lawsuits such as sexual harassment, discrimination, which may be what you had in mind, but doesn't paint the whole picture.
      Taking action because it's illegal is the bare minimum, but this doesn't even happen sometimes as they can choose to not take your report seriously, and HR will always take the path that protects the company the most, which usually involves an NDA, and if the harrasser is high enough at the company, often won't be fired and in some cases, the one who reported the harrassment/discrimination will literally be ousted instead.
      When it comes to minor greviances HR is practically useless, at best it takes actions to ensure your productivity, and in fact the company generally uses these reports to prevent unionization.
      A company isn't voluntarily paying a whole ass department just to help workers even if that's what their superficial purpose is described as, and this fairytale notion should be further undermined by the fact that almost everything else a company does is to exploit or extract more value from workers.

    • @jonesy369

      Eh, when push comes to shove they protect the company. I’ve been in large organizations for decades. Folks, HR is not your friend. They are not there to look out for you. They help the company navigate liability, sometimes with a smile. Sometimes they don’t bother with the smile.

    I’m no Psych Dr but I was surprised for years how this guy didn’t get taken down sooner and how staunchly TSM fans would defend him. The signs of an abusive unstable boss have been clear as day for quite awhile.
    Idk what’s to be done…for the sake of the brand it would be great if Andy would sell and move on in life, but I doubt his crazy ego would do that. Hopefully he steps aside before the org is destroyed.

Watch there habits, gather a group, stomp him out on his way home from work. Rinse and repeat until they give in. It is worth the charge, you are human, and deserve to be treated as such, and if anyone denies you that right, then show them the animal they treat you as.

    It's crazy or is it strangely ironic the parallels of this drama with that of Johnny/Amber, in how they manage to be narcissistic in their abuse and manipulation of their victims. It's eye opening to see how this kind of abuse is perpetuated because they believe they can get away with it because their victim(s) are just too weak or too scared to speak up about it. And how by and large they have been proven right for so long until now. Just because most people would rather take the L and move on instead of keep poking at the wound.

      Their season 4 worlds was the best showing TSM has ever had at worlds and id say IEM2015 was their best showing international (I mean, there werent many good ones 😂)
      Id even say they werent good in NA standarts they were overall a good team
