I love how a lot of meals you eat are charcuterie style. As someone who is kind of a picky eater I often don't feel like eating a "cooked meal" but also don't want to eat like a handful of blueberries, or a handful of grapes etc. So it's really inspiring like how you'll have a snack or meal with a variety of things. Like a few grapes, a few strawberries, some pineapple etc.
I love having charcuterie style meals! It’s great for when I don’t want to cook and I just always keep a variety of fruit/veggies/meats/cheeses for that purpose. I also feel like it helps me snack less throughout my days because if I want snack foods I just do it as a meal 😊
Oh my gosh! Look at all you had to overcome this week! I can't imagine how hard it must have been with being your Birthday, all the temptations, work, and traveling. Even exercising in a hotel parking lot, at night, in the rain! You are awesome!
I'm sorry for the rough birthday dinner but way to go on sticking to this through all of those temptations. You got this and it shows! Congrats on below 200!
I hope you can revise your plan and add on extra time each day once you get back. The problem with these type of challenges is that they are not very realistic to carry on in the long term. I love that you are trying to eat in a more healthy way. Kuodo’s. Keep up the great work.

Honestly so proud and that’s what the challenge is for. Learning to say no when you e got goals. Learning to prioritize your goals when life hits because it’s always hitting 😂 obviously it won’t always be this extreme but you’ve got goals and you’re getting there 🎉

I definitely will try some fitness challenge next year !❤ I have noticed you’ve been doing cardio for both workouts, I would definitely recommend you do some weight lifting or other exercises too (yoga, Pilates, zumba, circuit training…) not only will it make it less boring but you’ll start toning, improving mobility and working other muscles at the same time. 😊

I'm worried about getting a "good" 45-minute workout in trying other things since I really only have done cardio in the past, but once I don't have to worry about hitting a 45-minute mark and can take rest days my plan is to start incorporating strength training as well 😄

Congrats on staying with it during such a crazy week! I don’t know when the 3 hours between workouts rule came in, when I did 75hard in 2021 I don’t remember that being one of them… There were definitely days of 1.5hr outdoor walks to get it all done, lol!

I’m not sure exactly when it was added either, when I did it two years ago I didn’t know about it then in recent months I had people commenting on my video telling me my workouts were supposed to be 3 hours apart. Before I did it the first time I read multiple posts on Andy’s website and listened to a lot of episodes on his podcast about it and it hadn’t been mentioned in any of those. It must be a recent add!

Great job! It takes alot of will power and discipline. I have seen many videos of 75 day hard .. not sure if it’s a coincidence but the majority of the ppl doing it get sick in between. I wonder if it’s too much on your body especially for those that are not as active on a day to day basis.
I worked out that on Friday there are 75 days left of the year… so if i start tomorrow there would be 3 days between the challenge ending and new year to have any festive Christmas treats 😅 idk I can’t get past a few days. We can get there tho! 💜
@@thejennifermadison if I had got half way through etc it would take me years to retry too!! The most I’ve done is a week (during the pandemic sometime!) and since then I’ve sabotaged on the first or second day 😅 and then it takes me at least a month because I’m so peeved off with myself!! You’re doing way better than you’re giving yourself credit for - 4 weeks is amazing and I know it was a more difficult week but hang in there, remember it’s okay to have a few days of yoga and walks if you’re burning out so you can make it through the other half - you got this xxx
