      Hello, they don't charge platform fees but they still charge card fee! We don't charge any :)

    Maybe I missed how zapper transactions become free for fully functional transactions. Single actions don't complete a transaction which means that even a starter package is NOT free.
    Please do correct me if I'm off base; we were interested until learning of this gotcha moment.

      Hello! Thank you for your question :)
      Zeffy's platform is 100% free to use for nonprofits - transaction fees included. We cover all transaction fees for nonprofits fundraising on Zeffy. This means, if a nonprofit fundraises $100 on Zeffy, they will get $100. We rely entirely on optional contributions from donors at the checkout step on all of our forms - this allows us to cover all fundraising fees for the 10,000+ nonprofits using Zeffy.
      If you're looking to integrate your other tools using outside of Zeffy we do offer an integration with Zapier - this is a separate service from Zeffy and they do have different pricing plans. The basic plan is free up until 100 tasks per month. Here are their pricing options: zapier.com/pricing
      Does that answer your question?
      Feel free to reach out to us at contact@zeffy.com too.

      @@zeffy8638 No, that first 100 are single actions that won't complete a functioning complete transaction.

    Can this program be used to collect membership fees instead of tickets to an event?

    • @zeffy8638
      @zeffy8638  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Of course! You can use Zeffy to collect membership payments, sell tickets (events, raffles, auctions, you name it), collect donations (online and in-person), and much more! Hope this helps :)

    Is there a way to sell donation, open priced tickets?

    • @zeffy8638
      @zeffy8638  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, thank you for your question.
      When creating a ticketing form on Zeffy, you can create $0 tickets.
      You can also add an option on your ticketing form to let people make a donation on top of buying a ticket/registering for an event.
      Would that work for you?

      I want to learn more. I have a non profit 501c3 Outreach Ministry

  • @Kayumari
    @Kayumari 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

    if you are an organization without a formal 501c3, can you still work with your company? What are the requirements

    • @zeffy8638
      @zeffy8638  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello! Thank you for your question :)
      Yes, the only requirement is to be a registered nonprofit organization with the IRS.
      You don't have to be a 501c3 nonprofit specifically.
