Dream Catchers

Dream Catchers is a documentary that explores the dreams that people with Down Syndrome develop and specifically how those individuals and the people that love them are able to turn those dreams, big and small, into reality. It is my sincere hope that everyone who watches this video, whether you are blessed with a child with Down Syndrome or not, is encouraged to continue reaching for the stars and never giving up on "the impossible".
